The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Please let us know your wishes well in advance.

Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the nearest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (built in 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor apartment with a separate entrance and patio door to a lovely garden. Downstairs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130 cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6-minute walk to the hospital, about 12 minutes to Lund C. Parking space is available.

The apartment is in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops - making it easy to plan your stay. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific requests. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. The laundry room is located in the basement, it is accessed via the garden in the left part of the house - seen from the garden Some furniture has changed since the pictures were taken

Guest house in the countryside

Cozy, newly-renovated guest house with sleeping loft. Open floor plan with cooking facilities and patio. Two single beds in the sleeping loft. There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a refrigerator for food and beverages. Coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and two hotplates allow you to cook your own meals. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dogs, cats and even rabbits. There are nice walking paths in the surrounding area.

Stay in the countryside, 15 min to central Malmö

Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our magnificent eighty-year-old Chinese sequoia tree. In the countryside but close to the city. Ten km to central Malmö and two km to the nearest shopping center with a large grocery store, many shops, shopping and fast food restaurants. The bus stop to Malmö is a ten-minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's nice beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Part of farmhouse with separate entrance, big bathroom. Two bedrooms with dubble beds. Living room/kitchen with extra bed-sofa for two persons. The bed-soda can be folded out. If the bed sofa and the two bed rooms are used, 6 persons can stay here. New kitchen renovated 2022 with all basic needs and dining table, bed sofa with tv. Bed linen and cleaning is included. Experience the old beautiful village Bonderup with an amazing view!

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
