Great stay!

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι. Πολύ φωτεινό, όμορφα διακοσμημένο, ανετο, ευρύχωρο. Πολύ καθαρό επίσης. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και έτοιμοι να απαντήσουν την κάθε ερώτηση. Γενικά ήταν μια όμορφη εμπειρία απο το check in μέχρι και το check out. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα την επόμενη φορά που θα πάω Θεσσαλονίκη θα το προτιμήσω.

Andrea's place was perfect fit for us (two families with kids). Clean, spacious, with nice garden and kids toys. Hosts were really kind and responsive. Beach is close with lot of bars and restaurants. Big gocery store is not so close so it is better if you have a car. We recommend this place if you are visiting Sitonia!

Tolle Unterkunft, alles was man braucht und wie beschrieben, sehr gepflegt und täglich Reinigung im Apartment, alle 2 Tage gab es frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, in wenige Schritten ist man am Strand. Nach Nikiti kann man wunderbar in 10 Min. an der Promenade entlang spazieren, hier gibt es dann Trubel, Shops, Restaurants und Strände mit Schirmen etc. Das Apartment liegt hingegen schön ruhig, und wir haben ganz tolle Tipps und immer Hilfe vom Host bekommen, vielen Dank :) Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schön gelegenes Apartment gleich am Meer in sehr ruhiger und wunderschöner Lage mit gemütlicher Terrasse. Sandstrände und kleine Orte sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten superschnell erreichbar. Außerdem täglich „fahrende Händler“ mit Backwaren, Obst und Gemüse. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter, unaufdringlicher und kinderfreundlicher Gastgeber. Toller Grillplatz. Ausstattung des Apartments ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend und in gutem Zustand/sauber. Haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können das Olive House nur weiter empfehlen!

The place is wonderful, spacey, with 2 porches and beautiful view of Nikiti. It had an eqwipped kitchen with everything and they even left us with 2 beers and cold water in the fridge (Thanks!) Our flight was delayed and they were flexible with us - we arrived at around 11pm - 6 hours late to the place and they had no problem recieving us. Everything was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. Only one AC in the living room - There is no AC in the bedroom - But they left a brand new fan in it which was fine (just worth noting) The lighting of the bedroom was perfect and very romantinc. Theres a wonderful cafe close by that you have to try, we brought it the the porch and had breakfast. Thank you Antigoni and the family, you have a beautiful place.

Apostolos was a great host to say the least, was flexible with the checkout as I needed more time and was accommodating in order to match that need. The apartment was spotless and very central which made it easy to get anywhere within the inner city

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό κι σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία. Μεγάλοι χώροι και άνετα δωμάτια. Σίγουρα το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Wir waren für 17 Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Olga war jederzeit zu gut zu erreichen und hat jede Anmerkung direkt umgesetzt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir können Kripis Studio definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Nice place. Very fair for the price. The gist was very responsive and helpful. Exactly like the photos. Went for a two day trip and everything went as planned.

Yani & Effie are great and helpful, the rooms are perfect as seen in the photos, comfortable and they keep it super clean. We enjoyed this private place near vineyards a lot. Quite easy to access to nearby beaches by driving. There is nothing around to disrupt your comfort. Also the sky is great to watch at nights, so many stars 🌟 Absolutely recommended 👍🏼

Apartment was very spacious and well looked after and very clean when we arrived. The grounds and pool were also clean and well looked after. Sun loungers always available around the pool. The whole area has very limited parking with excessive amounts of vehicles but a space is always available for guests at the apartments. Alex made us feel very welcome from arrival to departure and on hand for any questions we had. There are 3 restaurants within 2 minutes walk at very reasonable prices, and the town centre within a ten minute walk. Overall a great location and close enough to both shops and beach for all types of holiday. Would definitely recommend contacting Alex for a stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Kallithea! Die Unterkunft Olvion Luxury living war nicht nur sehr sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch perfekt gelegen – ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, aber auch um am Pool zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach cool! Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt, als wäre man bei Freunden zu Besuch. Vielen Dank für alles – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Александра е прекрасен, отговорен и много отзивчив домакин. Приятно посрещане! Местополужението е идеално за почивка. Стаята в която се настанихме, беше много чиста и подредена. Имаше всичко необходимо. Леглото голямо и удобно, комплектът чершафи с приятна материя, банята просторна и удобна. Закуската беше много разнообразна и вкусна. 🥯☕🥐 Персоналът, винаги приветлив и мил. Имах рожден ден и Александра не пропусна да ми направи изненада с мил поздрав в картичка. 🌺☘️ Също така ни препоръча ресторант с вкусна риба 🐟🐙и разнообразна храна. Плажът, ресторанти и всичко, от което може да се нуждаете за забавление и да прекарате добро време е на 2-5 мин. разстояние. Благодарим ти Александра, че направи престоят ни комфортен! 🍀😀

it was a really nice stay, the area is great and the flat is exactly like it looks in the pictures, olga always responded so fast and someone came to clean every week. All in all, really good airbnb experience

It’s so clean and comfortable Especially toilet and shower! It is better than the price I really appreciated it If you go to night spots like ladidika at night, it’s a little scary to come back because it’s located in not crowded area in Thessaloniki
