My house is quietly located in the middle of fields about 1900 meters from the beautiful sandy beach between the tourist villages of Paralia and Olympic Beach with numerous restaurants and shops. The house has a 4950 sqm plot with ample parking. It is generously furnished and has satellite TV, an alarm system and air conditioning. In the morning you can see the fantastic sunrise over the sea from the bed. The sunset over the mountains in the evening.

Only a few meters from the beach this two level 65 sq.m. house has a nice stone-paved terrace with garden furniture, wooden ceilings and hand engraved furniture. The villa is located in front of the coast, overlooking the sunrise, in a small coastal settlement called Kastri Loutro, which borders the busiest beach in central Greece, Platamonas. On the ground floor of the villa is the 60 sq. m. space in question, two bedrooms (1 private and 1 shared), a kitchen, a living room, a toilet, a private terrace, and parking. The layout is suitable for accommodating 2–4 people. Suitable for families.

With fast wifi on premises, you can also work excellently.
