Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Macedonia

We have decided to spend our honeymoon at Konstantinos’ place and it was the best decision we have made! He was always responsive, ready to help and understanding about our late check-in. The location is Superb, extremely beautiful, well taken care and has everything you need for your stay! It was definitely the best choice we could have made and for sure, we will come back!

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

Very spacious apartment. Clean and quiet. Parking was right in front of the house. Comfortable spaces, the bedroom and the living room. The bathroom was a little cramped and the water overflowed, but there was a mop.

The apartment is centrally located in the center of Serres. The hosts gave instructions from the beginning so there was no problem on arrival. Good impressions in general.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

100% worth. Landlord is not near the property like is in the most properties.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

The house is very cosy and has all you need + more. The beach is fantastic and private, the water is crystal clear and the area is perfect for snorkeling. The terraces are facing in all directions and you can always find a place with sun or shadow. I can truly recommend staying at Nikos family house.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Fantastic stay! The house was cozy and clean, a real paradise in which to relax. The location was perfect for exploring the city and discovering all its secrets. The service was impeccable and the hospitality was top notch. I can only highly recommend this stay to everyone! I will definitely be back!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

I felt right at home at Eleni's accommodation. It was very clean, tidy and smelled good of flowers. I really enjoyed it. Eleni is a very neat, nice lady. I'd love to come back. I can definitely recommend it here.
