The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz.
