Barn accommodation in Central Germany

We stayed with Marie for a weekend with my parents and our baby to visit the family in Berlin. The apartment was a great fit for us and we would stay there again at any time.

exactly what I was looking for to be able to celebrate my birthday in a small circle unraveled. Small things could be mentioned, but what is perfect. I really enjoyed the time and loved it. Always happy to come back

It’s in a wonderful location and the property is a wonderful space & clean. We all felt very rested and at home. I wish we had stayed longer.

We spent wonderfully relaxed days in Schloßkulm. The accommodation is rustic, homely and very suitable for our needs as a group of nine friends. The kitchen was also well suited for larger cooking activities. Both in the living area, as well as on the veranda and in the garden, there was a large table, which invites you to enjoy the first morning sun in the middle of the green garden at breakfast, to escape the midday sun in the shade under the roof or to spend game evenings in the cosy living room. During the day, we took small hikes in the area. The landlords responded promptly to inquiries and were very nice. Absolute recommendation.

Everything found as described in advance. Very nice bright, quiet and super clean rooms. Totally rural - just as we imagined it. Everything was tip top, happy to come back.

…used the place to catch up with friends, in complete seclusion, with separate rooms, close to nature and cozy, for self-catering. You won't easily find anything comparable in the area, the grounds of the estate are huge, the buildings are structurally and historically very interesting and the facilities are beyond reproach. The surroundings are beautiful, you can dive right into nature and at night one thing prevails above all: absolute silence. My personal highlight was cooking on the wood stove in the cozy kitchen.

I can only recommend the place! A dream house in a super idyllic location! Like in a movie :-) The hostess is great and you feel great in good hands! Thank you so much for a great stay!:-)

We rented three houses from Hubert's estate and everything was absolutely fantastic! It's a perfect place for children – safe, spacious, and surrounded by nature. All the houses were clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for families or large groups. We would definitely love to come back!

The cottage is one of the nicest places I have visited on my travels. It is beautiful and spacious. If you want to come down in Wendland for a few days, the cottage is perfect, as you feel right at home and surrounded by nature. On foot you can inquire about the area wonderfully and by bike anyway. We will be happy to come back!

We spent two nights with the two, the area is beautiful and wonderfully quiet. The entire property is well maintained and designed with great attention to detail. The photos don't do the place justice, in reality everything is much more beautiful. It is very clean, tastefully decorated and lacks nothing. The hosts are incredibly friendly and communicative. They make a great effort to make the stay as pleasant as possible and there is a lot to discover in the area!

We spent two nights in the totally sweet accommodation and were greeted very kindly. Cute cottage with a great bathroom and a small kitchen. We especially liked the adjoining farm with the donkeys and the small goose family. We will be happy to come back.

It was really very nice at Natalia's, she was very friendly, as was her husband. The location was quite central, only 20 minutes to the city centre by train or Uber. It was very clean and quiet! The pool was the highlight at our temperatures! We will be happy to come back.

The red construction trailer is a small gem, especially the sleeping area with the bed. The sun shines in here in the morning. The kitchen area is quite simple, but functional. Perfect for preparing simple dishes. Water must be fetched, toilet is in the outbuilding. The garden area with adjoining river compensates for this small effort. If you are looking for an unusual neighbourhood, you are in the right place.

We had a nice week at Stania's place. The apartment is wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped and it's enough space and enough toys for the kids. We would come back again.

We had a very nice short break with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the surrounding area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city centre of Erlangen can be reached quickly and easily from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short journey). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also well worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with lots of natural wood furniture. A nice change is Gustav the gander, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you would like. There is a good restaurant in the village and in the surrounding villages you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

The stay at Uta and Hubert was fantastic. All our expectations were met and even far exceeded. We had received an all-round carefree package that made our getaway perfect. Absolutely recommended.

Luxurious, atmospheric and quiet apartment with beautiful views all around. Excellent base for visiting the water games of Schloss Willemshöhe in Kassel and the nice historical towns with half-timbered houses in the area. With nice weather you can sit comfortably in the garden.

I had a wonderfully relaxing time with Ute and Bernhard. The accommodation is lovingly and rustically designed – it used to be a horse stable, today you can live comfortably in it, and the horses are right next door. It is very quiet, ideal for switching off and recharging. The area is great to explore by bike, there are many beautiful paths and small discoveries. Perfect for those who want to get out of the hustle and bustle.

Oda's apartment is more than just a place to stay. If you are looking for a city detox or how I need inspiration to finish something professionally, you should go to the Niestetal to Oda. The apartment, the building, the garden, the created, the whole atmosphere is adorable. The stay is rounded off by a helpful and friendly hostess who has the heart in the right place. Thank you Oda.

We had an absolutely unforgettable romantic getaway. It was so much more than what we expected. We will definitely come again!!!

A very nice apartment. Perfectly connected to the Fläming Skate. Beautifully renovated and furnished. Bright ambience. Extremely well-equipped kitchen. Helpful and easily accessible hostess. It was nice! :)

Absolutely beautiful place, we loved it. Perfect for kids, sandbox in the garden, private huge garden where kids can run around safe and free, the units were all wonderfully equipped, convenient kitchen and bathrooms. Surroundings are lovely with lots to do in nature. We Eli be back!
