We stayed at the apartment for five nights. We really enjoyed it. The apartment is in a very nice quiet place. The apartment was clean and bright. Above all, the bathroom was beautifully done, with great attention to detail. Communication was super easy and fast. We would come back.

A very well-kept accommodation with a quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay and felt privileged to be able to stay in the charming garden house of our very warm hosts. The terrace, the beautiful garden with meadow and view of the countryside, the special history of the house, the surroundings with monastery, castle garden, cathedral and Saale and last but not least the friendliness of our hosts have made this visit to Merseburg unforgettable for us. We would have liked to have stayed much longer.

We spent 1 week in Holger's accommodation and we lacked nothing. The apartment was just as described. We arrived with two dogs and I have to say, the surroundings were just right. Right at the end of the street is the Alaunpark and a little further there is a forest where the dogs could run super. In short, a great stay

Ms. Gundelfinger's apartment was perfect for our friend trip with (small)children! The garden was great for romping and already equipped with toys, there were plenty of rooms (each with sink!) and parking and the location was just the right starting point for a hiking tour around Gräfenberg. The host even prepared a little welcome gift for our kids! Especially the quick and easy arrangement needs to be highlighted. Overall absolute recommendation and thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very spacious, modern and clean apartment. Smart TVs were with Netflix app in the bedroom and leaving room. Kitchen had literally everything for cooking. Good heating in winter. Tip for next guests: If you’re planning to use the coffee machine, you would need to buy coffee capsules/pads. Spices like salt, pepper, sugar are already there.

The cottage is one of the nicest places I have visited on my travels. It is beautiful and spacious. If you want to come down in Wendland for a few days, the cottage is perfect, as you feel right at home and surrounded by nature. On foot you can inquire about the area wonderfully and by bike anyway. We will be happy to come back!

Always fast and friendly communication in advance. The apartment is still very new, with upscale amenities, very clean and tastefully decorated. There was nothing missing. The apartment no. 6 is very spacious, you can eat well on the large balcony or the fully glazed dining area, the couch in front of a large TV is sufficiently large. The parking spaces right in front of the house are easily accessible. There is a large well-maintained green space for the apartments on the lower floor. Our bikes could be stored in a shed, Sindy also rents private eBikes. The water in the side arm of the river does not invite you to swim directly, but there was no water warning. However, you can drive to better swimming spots by boat (driver's license not required). You definitely need a car to get there. eBikes with wide tires are worth it. Overall we can highly recommend the entire house.

You can immediately feel at home in this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation. After numerous excursions on foot, ebike or car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, which you need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. A welcome gift was included. The landlords are always available for a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the likeable Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a relaxing afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. We had the very best time! We have rarely experienced so much heart for dogs, from dog walkers to bowls to great trails right outside the door, just perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, there is really nothing missing, even table tennis rackets were ready. The view is out of this world! Our personal highlight: the snack machine right outside the door. Super practical and charming. We will definitely be back!

We had a nice stay. The surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the front terrace, which has a great view. Many great hikes nearby. Our dog loved exploring the garden when other guests were not around. As expected, the space is quite small so be prepared if staying for longer. The kitchen also quite cramped - but fine for breakfast and simple meals.

I had booked the apartment for my husband and his 2 friends. Stephanie and Dirk were very friendly hosts, always available and communicative. The apartment was very modern, nicely furnished and with underfloor heating. The location is beautifully idyllic with small river behind the apartment and ostrich enclosure. All in all highly recommended.

We felt incredibly comfortable in Doro's accommodation - the apartment is comfortably furnished with a lot of attention to detail and the huge, enchanted property around it is a dream. Whether you want to sit by the water or watch the chickens (incl. chicks) from the window in the morning, everyone can find a well-deserved moment of peace here. The fresh eggs and flowers to welcome us rounded everything off. Check-in and communication were great. We will be happy to come back!

I was looking for a quiet apartment and I found it. Not only the apartment, the small kitchen and the bathroom were very well maintained and beautifully furnished, but also the outdoor area, the garden and the access path are really beautifully designed.
