Lovely sunny 29qm private balcony room

Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! Zum Brandenburger Tor gibt es eine direkte S-Bahn Verbindung (15 Minuten Fahrzeit). Den S-Bahnhof Marienfelde erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten. Allergikerinfo: wir haben eine (Outdoor) Katze.
