The cabin has an indoor toilet and shower, an electric sauna, a kitchen with basic appliances (fridge + microwave + hotplate), and an air-source heat pump. A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. Villa Mustaniemi, 180-degree lake view

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax. The bright and spacious cottage offers a 180-degree view of the lake, where you can see a pair of loons bobbing on the water. You can also see the Beaver family doing their thing in the nearby area. There is also a beautiful view of the lake from the separate sauna building. There is a separate fee for the use of the outdoor hot tub, and its use must be arranged before the start of the booking. A peaceful and beautiful cottage where it's easy to enjoy yourself.

Käytössäsi on Ranta Villa 35m2, joka sisältää makuutilat neljälle, perinteisen suomalaisen puusaunan ja ulkoporeammeen, joka kuuluu hintaan. Isolla terassilla on kesäkeittiö. Laiturilta voit pulahtaa uimaan ja talvella laiturin päässä on hurjemmille uimareille avanto. Parhaiten kohde käy pariskunnille, ystävyksille tai lapsiperheille (1-2 lasta). Ranta Villa sijaitsee rannalla päätalon läheisyydessä, silti omassa rauhassaan.

Beautiful holiday home by the lake

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

The nearest ski slopes are about 3 km away and the center is about 6 km away. On weekends, you can visit Himos Areena to listen to artists and enjoy a good vibe. In the summer, there's a swimming spot about 300m away, so it's easy to get a morning swim. There's plenty to do all year round!
