All buildings have electricity and tap water comes to the water point in the yard, where clean water and washing water for the sauna and cottages are carried. The yard is a lawn where it is nice to run. The jetty is a great place to jump into the water, the beach is suitable for swimming and partly sandy.

The main cabin has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, accommodation for 8 people. The sauna cabin can accommodate 5 people. In addition the main cabin has a utility room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
