Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Central Athens Regional Unit

We had a wonderful stay. Eftychia was very responsive and even set us up with a ride from the airport! The apartment was just a block or two away from the heart of Plaka, with great walkability to restaurants and shopping. The Acropolis was also very close, as well as public transportation! Having use of the washer/dryer was a big plus for us. We also appreciated being on the lower floor during the summer. The apartment stayed relatively cool while we were away, and the air con in both the living and bedroom cooled us down quickly after a day of sightseeing. Saturday night was a little noisy, but to be expected because of its proximity to the lively city center— we did not notice noise any other night.

The location is perfect, close to most attractions and restaurants. The apartment is clean and has a nice view to the acropolis!

It was conveniently located so we could walk everywhere. There were so many different restaurants to choose from.

Really great location, next to Monastiraki square. We were expecting to use transit more, but the location made literally everything except our transfer to the airport walkable. Our hosts were super communicative, which made any bumps that much easier. I’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely incredible apartment in Koukaki. It’s right in the heart of the area, with amazing restaurants and shops witching minutes. The view of the Parthenon from the larger balcony is unparalleled. Upstreet was super helpful the entire time. Didn’t want to leave. Don’t think I’ll ever book another place - will always want to stay here while in Athens. Thanks!

A very well maintained apartment with a charming little balcony – ideal for two people. The location in Exarchia, a lively and authentic quarter of Athens, is simply perfect: central yet quiet enough to relax. The welcome and communication with Thomas was warm and uncomplicated at all times. We enjoyed our stay in Athens and felt at home in the accommodation. A clear recommendation! Would book this apartment again at any time and very much.

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. Very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a little welcome drink for us. The house had everything you needed for a peaceful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Athens at Irene’s place. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. It was in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of the Plaka district and the Acropolis. Irene was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend her apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Athens.

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

Oresti’s place was wonderful. Extremely convenient and comfortable. The only complaint I can find is, as an American, having washcloths would have been nice and it took us a few minutes to find the cupboards with the dishes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends, family and clients

Great apartment with excellent decoration and perfect location

Place was super clean and exactly like the photos. Bus and metro stops are 5 mins away, so getting around is easy. Main spots like the Acropolis and port are a bit far, but manageable. Manos was extremely helpful, gave solid local tips, and let us check in early — really appreciated that.
