Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee in the yard and your meal in the terrace, so that you feel the vibes of the Greek ancient spirit. Our home offers privacy with the two separate level master bedrooms. Apart from the main entrance, a second one is leading directly to the second bedroom. The living room sofa can accommodate an extra guest. For families travelling with baby, facilities for our little guests are available. Work space to place your laptop and keep your notes is at your disposal. The entire House, including living room area, kitchen, bedrooms, the yard and of course the terrace, is available to our guests. The neighborhood of Plaka is a great place for sightseeing, home to the city's most famed historical monuments. Nevertheless, downstairs bedroom is also accessible directly from street level as well.

The 80 sq.m. (861 sq.ft.) apartment was renovated in June 2017. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a larger than average sized bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, stove, microwave oven, toaster). The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people and families are welcome. Because of the renovation our guests, will be able to enjoy the sense of the old Athenian apartment (large windows, hardwood floors) with the modern day amenities! Apart from the apartment our guests are welcome to use our rooftop where one can relax or enjoy one of the day's meals. As more apartments are available in the same building for rent, families or friends traveling together can staytogether! As this is a family-owned building one of us will be readily available should any advice be needed or any problems arise. We are very discrete and willing to help our guests with any questions they might have regarding the apartment or their Athens stay in general. The apartment is located right behind the National Gallery and very close to the Byzantine Museum, one of Athens' most beautiful cultural spots. There are numerous small bars and restaurants in the the area, while Kolonaki is a 10 minute walk away. The metro is the best way to get around in Athens but there are also numerous bus stops very close to the apartment. If you are visiting by car, we have limited free parking for our guests!
