Il y a deux couchages, chambre séparée avec un lit double et un canapé lit confortable dans le salon, le tout pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes dans une résidence calme, le logement à 12 min de bordeaux centre en tram- bus-voiture .

Lovely refurbished 2-room apartment in the sought-after Chartrons neighborhood, on the 1st floor of a small stone building. Very quiet street, but a few steps from the tram (Paul Doumer station) and all amenities. The building is a small classic stone building; the apartment, on the garden side, has large windows. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. We welcome you with great pleasure to our private, independent and unoverlooked studio in the middle of the vineyards. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.
