Amazing Location! Lovely family hosting this Airbnb could not recommend enough. In the middle of mennagio square 5 minutes to lake views and balcony is amazing!

Alessandra was the best host we’ve stayed with so far. She was proactive, letting us know a couple weeks in advance that the train would not be running and sending a link to the express bus to Varenna. All of our communication were friendly and Alessandra went out of her way to answer questions, make recommendations for things to do and give directions on how to get places. I enjoyed my communication with Alessandra and learned a lot about the culture and community of Varenna from her. The apartment is cozy and clean. The other people in the building were courteous, and helpful. The location can’t be beat. Beauty surrounds you. I would recommend Alessandra’s place to anyone wanting to visit Varenna.

Maria was very welcoming during our stay. It was such a beautiful location with an amazing view, we chose to cook at home and eat on the balcony and it was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Paolo's apartment; it's a very charming place & nicely decorated with personal stuff which -in my view- makes a stay so much nicer. We went to Bormio for a week of ski with our 3 kids, and the apartment is situated at a 5min drive from the gondola's and ' downtown' Bormio / shops / restaurants etc. The view from the house is magnificent & the large garden bathes in the sun from AM to PM. We absolutely enjoyed it & definitely recommend this place!

This place was wonderful! Both hosts were very helpful. They were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered to help us get to Como after we got stuck in Milan for a couple of hours. They offered to help us get food whenever we got into town late as well. Very thankful for both hosts who helped our trip go much smoother!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay in Lierna! The Airbnb was exactly as described, and even better in person. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and beautiful view, which made our stay truly relaxing. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Lierna itself is a charming town, perfectly located to explore Lake Como, with easy access to Varenna and other nearby villages. We’re very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and cozy house with a quiet internal garden that offers a crazy view of the lake. It was a regenerating and relaxing stay.

The house is a gem, but if possible the village and the surroundings even more. The two of us and our furry friends fell in love with the air you breathe, a place set in time but at the same time close to everything. The Valmalenco and its mountains are a breathtaking place that stays in the heart! It's also a super-appointed place for dogs as there's no lack of indoor and outdoor space. Friendly and friendly Compaesani. You will love it!

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! We came from Valais to Hansjörg for ski races at the Rinerhorn. The location was perfect because it was very close to the ski lifts and less than 10 minutes to Davos Platz. We very much enjoyed the calm and the setting in the heart of nature. Hansjörg is very friendly and took the time to chat with us, moreover he always responded to messages very quickly. We would not hesitate to return to their place. Droux family

Great stay, clean apartment. Sara was very flexible and helpful.

Beautiful and clean house, nice host, perfect location. The pictures are all accurate and the house is well maintained and equipped. 2 minutes' walk and you were practically at the lake and even faster at the "main street". Supermarkets were easy to reach, as were restaurants. Things to consider when choosing: People over 1.80 could have problems (our tallest person was about 1.75 and was sometimes afraid). The parking situation was accurately described by Gianpierro, and most of the time a space was free in the public car park, but sometimes you would have to park on the slope to the exit (personally, I would recommend a small or narrow car for the holiday). The background noise at night did not bother us, but for people who cannot sleep with loud noises, it would be important to know that there is a fairly loud stream next door. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend it, all four of us were very enthusiastic and would book here again☺️.

Everything about this stay was more then perfect, the view was incredible and worth staying here for this alone! having both parking spots was handy, bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best showers I’ve used, communication and recommendations are the best we’ve ever experienced from a host, they made a great trip even better, The walk into the town is fine, very scenic and chose to do it on a couple of occasions. Couldn’t recommend this place and host enough, already looking trying to stay here again.

Camillo is a true gentleman and his apartment is a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. He has thought of everything, very good attention to detail (unlike other places we have stayed). It was very clean and welcoming and was the most at home we have felt in an airbnb. Camillo even collected us from the bus station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay. He had great suggestions for travel in the area also. The views from the apartment are heavenly. I will definitely come back. It is a lovely quiet village just 1km walk to Menaggio. Definitely very relaxing after a busy week prior. Thank you Camillo, we loved our stay!

Our stay at Gianna‘s place was lovely! We were warmly greeted by her upon arrival and had a great time at her place. She‘s very sweet and we felt welcome right from the start. It‘s a 20-25 minute drive from Varenna (very windy roads, but spectacular views :)). We would recommend Gianna‘s place!

A beautiful, clean, quiet apartment with stunning views and a friendly host, in an exquisite part of lake Como.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I chose the right spot for our one night in Tirano. The home was SPOTLESS, allowing me to breathe easy as someone who usually struggles with environmental allergies (zero issues in this super-clean home). The views from the balcony and patio were gorgeous and relaxing. Maurizio is friendly and attentive, and the instructions to find the Airbnb were clear. Highly recommend! :)

Everything was good. Unfortunately it wasn't quite clean. Nevertheless, it was otherwise a great stay.

From the moment we booked to the moment we finished our holiday Angela and Rodolfo were the warmest and kindest hosts. From offering to pick us up from the station and then drop us off at the end of the week, to the thoughtful gifts to welcome us to their beautiful apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything we needed for a weeks break and spotlessly clean. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and made even more stunning by the gorgeous weather we were blessed with all week. We decided not to hire a car choosing instead to walk into Bellano each day and used the boats to ferry us across to a few of the other towns around Lake Como. This was a great way to see and experience Bellano and surrounding area but it was quite hilly though so a car, moped or bike would be recommended if you aren’t up for a 30 minute walk each way and a little bit of hill/stair climbing. Perfect Hosts ! Perfect Accommodation and Views! Perfect Holiday !

We have just left the apartment and I immediately feel like recommending it... clean, tidy and excellent hospitality... We also found a bottle of wine as a welcome... well connected and I hope to return.
