Dermot was a great host. Really responsive and offered us an earlier check in. House was really well equipped. Big enough for a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids) plus two dogs! Beautiful surroundings. Left us some flowers, wine and milk. Lovely touch. House was spotless. Would stay again. Great location for the Zip World. Would recommend Sunday lunch at the farm shop (15 min drive) Rhug Estate. Lovely walk and then the food was lovely. Dog friendly too.

The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. It was well equipped. Great location with lots to do. Enjoyed a good curry at Village Spice in Corwen and walks around Llangollen.

Me and my family had a wonderful time at Tim's and Euan's place. The six of us and our four dogs, came for a three day break in North Wales and Tim and Euan's location was in the ideal location to make day trips to Betws-y-coed, Conwy and Llandudno. The old school house is a great place to stay if you are looking for a spacious clean space with amazing views of the countryside. We would definitely stay here again 😁

A really lovely cottage/farmhouse. Kept beautifully warm, well stocked wood for fireplace, and a gorgeous gift on arrival. Amazing communication with host throughout the booking/arrival/departure process. The place is beautiful. Thank you.
