Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cedar Rapids

It was perfect location for my brothers & I who were in town for a family reunion. Easily accessed off of I-80. Plenty of space for all of us. Although the kitchen is fully equipped, we ate alot at Jon's Ice Cream Store & Restaurant in Tiffin.

We loved Timothy's place! The home is super cozy and has everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. It was also really nice to be able to park our car in the spacious garage. We have family in the area, so we'll definitely be back this way soon, and we hope to be able to stay here again!

Perfect! The property was so beautiful - clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the comforts of home! My family wanted to stay longer! Can’t think of a single way they could improve. You will love the open layout, comfy beds, updated bathrooms, bedroom fans, stocked kitchen, games, and more! Plus it is surrounded by lovely landscaping and a short walk to the playground. Close enough easy access, but far enough away to never hear a sound!

This is a charming little house on a quiet dead-end street in Iowa City. Except for the occasional helicopter or plane, you wouldn’t know you were in the city. The Japanese house was gorgeous and serene. The kitchen was smart and well-stocked with cooking tools. The bedroom and loft were cozy and comfortable. Everything was very clean Petra was a great communicator, quickly responding to every question I asked and providing helpful instructions. She was also gracious and helpful when I needed to cancel the last day of our stay. Avoid staying in the wastelands of Coralville and Tiffin and treat yourself to this stay the next time you find yourself in Iowa City!

Our group stayed at the Technicolor Dream house for a wedding. It was cozy, inviting, and everything you could ask for in a home.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Families, Pets, & Long-Term Stays! We had a wonderful 5 month stay at Mallory & Jack’s house! It's just under a mile from uptown Marion in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s in a great location, close to CR, restaurants, shops, parks, & everything we needed. We were traveling with our 2 young kids & dogs, and the house was perfect for all of us. It was clean, cozy, & well stocked with fresh towels, bedding, hangers, closet space, & everything we needed in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi was strong & reliable, which was a big plus for both work & streaming. The fully fenced yard was ideal for our dogs, & the kids loved having room to play safely. The quiet street, back deck, & garden made it easy to relax & enjoy peaceful evenings. Mallory & Jack were fantastic—friendly, responsive, & helpful throughout our stay. They clearly put a lot of care into the home. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped stay near Cedar Rapids!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was comfortable and met our needs perfectly! The kitchen was well equipped and we liked the helpful notes around the house.

We loved the house and enjoyed our stay. Very appreciative of the fact we were able to bring our dogs, they loved it as much as we did. Clean house, plenty of room, and lots to do in the area. Couldn’t tell which side of the house was considered the front regarding the rules that were given, so I made the mistake of our dogs almost meeting the neighbors dog who seemed fairly aggressive, no other complaints though. The hot tub was great!

A great place to stay in Cedar Rapids! Easy walking distance to Czech Village and Hy-Vee. There’s a hot plate, air fryer, fridge, freezer, and microwave for all your food needs. The towels in the bathroom are very fluffy, which was a nice perk. The place is easy to find, and parking was straightforward. Would absolutely recommend, and stay again!

While I was staying here it was very nice and very clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and always felt safe. The place on the inside was super great very well decorated and very well kept up. So if you like authentic places this is the place for you. If I ever come into town again I will definitely book again.

Gloria's place stands out for me due to the well-equipped kitchen. It was a cut above most Airbnb kitchens. Overall, the place is very nice. There is plenty of room, it is quiet, and the location is convenient.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we could need. There were so many little extras in the apartment that it was obvious that a lot of thought has gone into setting it up. If someone is very tall however they might have trouble sleeping in the trundle bed as it is quite short. I loved the blinds that can fold down from the top to let in daylight but also allow for privacy. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had an excellent experience staying at this property. The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described It’s clear the host takes great pride in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality Airbnb experience.

A very idyllic spot, with a ravine. All the amenities plus extra. They supplied not only extra towels, beddings, linens, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron, body lotion, etc etc, there was eggs, milk, orange juice, chips and dip, carrot sticks, tomatoes, fresh fruit, lots of teas, different of cereal, keurig coffee maker, Brita water filter, BBQ grill, cheese and crackers, a whole loaf of bread, butter, peanut butter, pasta, pasta sauce…. Wow!!! The place was beautifully planned in a quiet neighborhood. We felt so pampered. They have 2 dogs but they didn’t bark much. Only one time we heard noise from their unit upstairs at almost 11 pm. Dawn said she was painting a bench and quieted down immediately when I texted her. Not a big problem.

GREAT location. The space was welcoming and we had plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be so close to the shops and BBQ festive. The outside space was fun to enjoy the outdoors and grill was a bonus. The amenities were all great. Will stay again sometime!!

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location!!! Walking distance to shops and dining. I’m a towel snob, and Ross provided thick comfy towels, high quality bedding and high end amenities. The condo was just as pictured, the view was a quaint little outdoor eating area. Everything was perfect!

The place was very clean and very well organized. Things were labeled and placed to feel natural. It felt like a nice comfortable home to stay in.

I was traveling to Iowa City to work at the hospital. Tina was wonderful. Her place is spotless and had everything I needed. We would talk for a bit on most days whenever we saw each other. She's a great person and excellent host. Very respectful and considerate of her guests, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Everything in the listing is what's there. 10/10, would highly recommend! The outdoor patio is a great place to relax when the weather isn't too humid. Parking at the hospital is $20 a day so I used an e-scooter, which ended up being faster than driving the 2 miles, finding a spot, and walking to the hospital. There are a lot of restaurants in between. Peninsula Park is maybe a quarter mile down the road from Tina's with trails, dog park, and golfing (disc and ball).
