This place is in a great location! There was plenty of room for our entire group. We enjoyed walking downtown and how close Kara’s place is to so many restaurants!

Our stay here was everything we wanted it to be and more! Rose was a super helpful and responsive host, and even helped us with our pup while we were at our wedding! We loved having a quiet, private space to go to during the wedding weekend. We had every amenity we could ever want or need and the space was clean, welcoming, and well organized. We would love to come back and stay here again someday - especially in the summer/fall to get a better glimpse at the gardens!

The Hawks nest was perfect for the Hawkeye homecoming weekend! Very clean and amazing host! Location is perfect and she gave clear instructions! Definitely will be coming back next year! Overall amazing experience! Highly recommended!

Had the entire bottom floor. Bed room bathroom kitchen and living area with an extra bed. She had some drinks there to have if I wanted which was nice. I was there for five days and heard hardly any noise from up stairs. For the price a great place.

Bea’s place was the PERFECT location for our travels as we visited for Thanksgiving. The rooms were stunningly decorated, the bedrooms comfy, and the space was warm and welcoming. We hosted a get together with our relatives for a game night and between the dining area, cozy living room furniture, and kitchen bar, everybody was able to socialize comfortably and relax without it feeling overcrowded. There was no noise from adjoining units or traffic and we enjoyed our time immensely. It is also close to a grocery store and a Starbucks as well as Urgent Care should needs arise. Bea is a responsive and gracious host. Great stay!

Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. Extremely clean, great location and numerous thoughtful extras. Highly recommended if you ever need a stay in Iowa City.

Excellent location accurately described in the listing. Quiet and peaceful sleeping. Loved the bedroom with window looking towards College Green Park. Comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, and blankets. Kitchen is clean and suitable for making meals. No dishwasher but double sink is set up nicely with drying rack on one side so no problem there. Laundry was easy and free. Location is great, easy walking distance to Film Scene, New Pioneer Coop, and all the downtown restaurants, shops, and venues. Internet was good. TV has basic package with some on demand movies, watching Hoosiers was fun. Option to sign-in to personal Netflix but never got around to it. Table in the kitchen good for meals and as a work space. Comfortable living room furniture. Shower and sink had good water pressure and hot water didn’t take long at all. Great AirBnB and a very nice and accommodating host. Thank you.

The Downtown Studio Loft was a cozy and welcoming home base during our weekend in Cedar Rapids. The space itself is very homey and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, along with a nice park and other attractions. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cedar Rapids, this a great option.

This was a perfect quiet space for our pastor as he prepared for my husband's funeral. Nice private space that was better than a hotel room. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. friendly and timely communication and worked with us on changes due to weather conditions.
