Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good stalls near the street of the apartment. The host was super helpful, sending directions, which were visited and really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

We love our stay. The place is much more beautiful than the photos, quiet beach, family condo. Adriana and Bruce were great and respond very fast. There was a small problem with the air conditioning of the suite that was quickly resolved and solutions created, which we understand to be super normal, because unforeseen things happen. My stay at the resort was amazing! Check-in was super fast and done by an attentive and helpful team. The facilities are modern, well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The leisure areas, such as the pool and the spa and gym, are clean and ideal for relaxing, although the gym is a bit rusty. The location is privileged, with easy access to tourist attractions and natural landscapes. It was a memorable experience, and I recommend it for those looking for comfort, quality and great service.

We went on a Monday and the park was quiet.

The resort is next to Beach Park and you can enter the water park 1 hour before it opens. The beach is practically private, and has a lifeguard on duty. The pool area is also super monitored. We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. Our stay was great, my family and I were delighted with the apartment, everything that was offered to us in the place that quietly serves a couple with two children, as there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The organization was excellent, each item in the property was very clean and well cared for, which gave us moments of great happiness and tranquility, we didn't have to worry about anything else, just enjoy the weekend. The host always responded promptly when we asked questions. The facilities of the entire resort surroundings, as well as the very well-kept water park, impeccable cleanliness, all attendants and staff were extremely polite and helpful. We were there between 12 and 16 June and the weather was very pleasant, around 28°C, wonderful sunshine during this period. Anyway, just compliments, nothing to complain about. Congratulations to the host who even left us a treat to sweeten our stay in that paradise.

The house is very nice with a beautiful garden! Bed and bath linens are of excellent quality! Some of the suites don't have an electric shower and therefore don't have hot water! The kitchen needs a renovation in general, it falls well below the standard of the house! The staff, both the gardener and the house secretary, are great! Anyway, we really enjoyed the stay, we would definitely come back!

Everything is impeccable, the house is close to the center of Fortim and even closer to the beach, 5 min drive. We had a small problem with the shower but it was quickly resolved, the experience was incredible and left nothing to be desired! I highly recommend it💜

It was all great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower of the social bathroom (from the service area) was not working, it did not have the shower installed. Another note that should be made: condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this boring and constragedor, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.
