Kamilla was super helpful, the apartment is impeccable and we can enjoy all the areas of the resort, in addition to the convenience of entering Beach Park, which is just across the street and we can enter 1 hour before. I highly recommend it to everyone and I'll be back more often!!

Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decoration and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good stalls near the street of the apartment. The host was super helpful, sending directions, which were visited and really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

My stay at the resort was amazing! Check-in was super fast and done by an attentive and helpful team. The facilities are modern, well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The leisure areas, such as the pool and the spa and gym, are clean and ideal for relaxing, although the gym is a bit rusty. The location is privileged, with easy access to tourist attractions and natural landscapes. It was a memorable experience, and I recommend it for those looking for comfort, quality and great service.

The apartment is very cosy and the location is good. It’s a bit further from the city center but this was not a problem for us. We were on the ground floor and we liked it a lot since we had a lot of space and view on the garden. The condominium is very nice, the pool, the fitness, spa area, restaurant etc. The employees were friendly and always willing to help. Yeda is also very friendly and responsive. I would for sure recommend this place and would love to come back.

Ricardo exceeded all expectations as a host. The apartment contains everything that is necessary for a few days of accommodation and comfortably accommodates up to four people. There is the possibility of consuming both in the hotel and in the apartment itself, buying through Ifood, for example. Mr Ricardo's tips are essential for those who want to save on food. The resort is next to Beach Park and you can enter the water park 1 hour before it opens. The beach is practically private, and has a lifeguard on duty. The pool area is also super monitored. There are several activities for both adults and children. I lack words to describe the infinity of affective memories that were created in the days I stayed in the apartment. I hope to return soon. Super indico with my eyes closed.

The stay was excellent! Glaiseane passed on the instructions in advance and we had no difficulty checking in. Comfortable apartment, condominium with incredible space, good restaurants in the area. To top it off, a wonderful sunset on the beach in front of the condominium. We loved everything!

The place has a great location, being a quiet environment with an impeccable view. The fact of having air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms was a differential, as the environment became hot in a few hours of the day. In addition, the apartment is close to several restaurants and the busiest part of the city. Roseane was attentive and kind, giving guidance on hosting.

The apartment is about 1 h from the center of Fortaleza and we rent a vehicle (I recommend them), and we select some places to visit, wonderful.

I really liked the hospitality of the host, he was very helpful and gave several recommendations. The only thing that bothered me during the stay was that there were no utensils like couscous and pressure cooker, but he explained to me why he didn't have the pressure cooker due to a domestic accident. Regarding Porto das Dunas, I really liked the beach, I just didn't like the streets there and also the fact that there aren't many places nearby to visit, only in Aquiraz, which is a few minutes away, but I do recommend it to those who want to visit.

We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

Lucilene was super helpful in everything we needed, and when there was a situation that the Suítes hotel could not resolve, she went personally and resolved everything. The apartment is a mini house, with a little bit of everything for us to stay. As we did not have a package with food at the hotel, we bought it at the market and cooked in the apartment. I recommend it, and if I come back, I'll stay in her apartment again. Thank you very much Lucilene, for the hospitality. The structure of the Hotel Suítes is breathtaking and the beach is almost private and beautiful. The staff at the Suítes hotel are extremely polite, helpful and quick, and there was no distinction at any time because we were guests of the owner and not the hotel. A differentiated service. I definitely recommend it.
