Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

Located in Baunei, Serafina's apartment is housed in an ancient stone building, recently renovated in accordance with architectural standards and using the materials of the ancient Baunesi houses. The apartment on the first floor has 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, a fully equipped living room kitchen, and a veranda from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire valley and mountains.
