Ms. Bea's place was so nice and it smelled nice when we first walked in. It was clean and decent. My family and I had a great bonding time. It was very homy and comfortable. We wanted to extend but we already have work the next day Haha :)

the Host was very responsive to our questions! We were a group of 5 and it took us some time to pack out for our checkout time, but the Host was very kind in giving us more time to evacuate the unit. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Unit was lovely.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house is clean, cozy, and super aesthetic, exactly what I was looking for. The big balcony and relaxing view were total highlights, perfect for unwinding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Ms. Nancy was very responsive, and Ms. Levy was incredibly accommodating. Would 100% stay again!

The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our big group. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. It truly made us feel right at home. A big bonus was its close proximity to both the beach and the poolside, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a larger group!

We stayed for 4 days in Carla's place. Everything you see in the photos is true. It was huge for family of three but we choose this so we can comfortably sleep. Though the AC needs some upgrade as during the night it was a bit hot. And maybe add drying rack and some hanger for the wet clothes. Other than that everything is superb! My kitchen needs are complete. I was able to cook without issues. They even provide some dishwashing liquid and new sponge. The bathroom is so big and clean. They have hand soap and tissue roll. We'd love to be back in Pico next yr and hopefully stay again in Carla's place. Thank you Carla!

Nice place,we had a great stay.The parking area was just far from the building itself.But over all we relaxed during our stay.

Mark was quick in responding to my inquires and vey accommodating to my family's large group (and very pet friendly as well), also a big thank you to Noel (caretaker) who was very friendly and attentive to our needs; waking up every morning to Taal - can't beat the view! Also kayaked with no issues, wished that the balsa was easily accessible though - aside from that, everything was amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Evangeline responds reasonably fast. Instructions were clear enough. Place was good. Clean. Blankets and towels were a little thin but good enough. Aircon, wifi, TV, big refrigerator with freezer all worked well. Although there seems to be an issue with the water system of the whole resort. Even my friends who stayed in the hotel complained of rusty water sometimes coming out of the faucets. Also water heating didn’t seem to work in the room. The building the room was in was in the middle of the beach and the clubhouse/restaurants. 5-10 minute walk elither way. The room was one of the most affordable of the choices. Well worth it. All in all a good experience.

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

The photos did not do justice on how beautiful this place is. The house feels homey, quiet, clean and every space was well thought of. I will forever recommend this place to friends and family. We love it!

Kudos to Kuya Noel for being helpful and accommodating during our stay. Nice place to chill and relax, perfect view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. The place is quiet and serene and very secured. it is also very near to the market, grocery, and stores.

The place was very spacious and offered a beautiful view of Mountain Forest. I will certainly return for our next vacation, as my family and I had a wonderful time.

This place was in my top 5 penthouse stays if not 1st place… it’s a roof top place to enjoy…you can’t go wrong here. Mary Jane was soo accommodating and responsive to my needs! Plan your stay here you can’t go wrong besides there’s two malls and many restaurants within walking distance!

The place was great! ✨The unit was Super clean and cozy. Had a few issues with the keys in the unit, but it was easy to talk to the owner. Kitchen amenities were good, all clean and easy to use. The bathrooms were clean, no issues with water or heating. ❤️Overall would recommend and comeback to this place. The meralco Kload also wasn’t an issue.

To start with Angelica and Eric is both responsive. After I booked the place there were changes in our itinerary Angelica went out of her way to help us check for other options and rooms to accommodate all our guests. When we arrived at their place everything was as described, Eric was so helpful and provided clear instructions which made everything so easy. During our stay there were questions and both of them responded right away. To top it off Angelica bought a new karaoke for us a day before our check out because the existing karaoke mic is not working. I mean what a generous host? Very worth it, not just the place but the service from both hosts is superb not to mention the bubbly Angelica who's truly an Angel. Thank you for making my seniors enjoy their stay. Liked the place especially that it's pet friendly! Clean space ans complete kitchen utensils. Host is very responsive and instructions were very clear we didn't have a hard time getting in to Pico and the place itself. Recommendable!

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.

One of the best units at Pico de Loro that i stayed in. Host was very responsive and polite. The unit is spic and span and everything that we need is right there inside the unit. Definitely, worth the stay. Highly recommended.
