The place is nice and clean but the Aircon in Room # 3 needs repair because it is jot cooling properly. It us showing an Error Code.

Chino's place is in a quiet subdivision. Someone decided to have a loud karaoke session in the neighborhood on a Sunday but luckily you can't hear that inside the house. Nice modern interior with good wifi and complete TV app subscription: Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc. Only that we found 3 dead cockroaches inside the house when we checked in and 2 live ones the next day. But it's rainy season so they're going around. The ceiling is low so heads up (or down? :D ) if you're tall like my Dutch husband. It's on the information that you have to go down and up some steps to get to the houses so that's good to know. It wasn't that bad. We enjoyed staying in the apartment. A good find in Tagaytay!

The place was easy to find with the provided address. Staff was nice and very helpful with luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and there are a couple balconies giving you a nice view of the area. The highlight however is the ability to go all the way upstair on top of the building giving you the best view of PN that i can think of, this will give you a beautiful view, especially at night.

Second time staying here and the experience is even better than the last! Peaceful and perfect for relaxation. It was hard to leave the room haha. Looking forward to staying here again!

This is a good place where you can relax after a long drive. Price is almost perfect, hopefully they can upgrade their internet speed. Location is good too. We’ll definitely book this place again soon!

Had a great stay! Caretaker was very accommodating and friendly. Location was peaceful and private, felt like we were the only ones within the area. Few rooms did not have AC and few bathrooms had broken shower heaters but nonetheless, would highly recommend booking. Thank you!

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and super spacious. Definitely feels like a home away from home! ❤️ I love how the pool and kitchen are thoughtfully placed apart from the main house. The pool is refreshing (maybe a little too cold if you’re not visiting in summer!), it starts at around 5ft+ deep for adults and has a kiddie area for the little ones to enjoy. Loved the big smart TV with Netflix, plus they sell handy extras like baby floaters, liquor or wine. One minor downside is that the loft area gets hot during the day—it would be great if they could fix or replace the aircon upstairs beyond just electric fans. Thankfully, it cools down nicely in the evening. Also, mosquitoes can be a bit of a bother at night, so don’t forget repellents, especially for the kids! Given the open space and surrounding trees, it’s understandable, but maybe they could do something to help minimize them. Overall, a super relaxing spot with everything you need for a fun getaway. ☺️

If you are looking for a place where your family can relax and 100% spend your days bonding together without gadgets — this is the place!! Everything is 101% beyond our expectations. It was indeed one of the best places our family stayed at. Kuya Toto is also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Nothing but thumbs up for this place! I have recommended them to our friends and family :)

Our family enjoyed spending Christmas at their place. They welcomed and accommodated us well. The house is beautiful and homy. The space is big and beautiful, the pool is clean, the kitchen is great. I remember entering the house and it smells good! That’s a plus point for me. Thank you so much! We had a great time.

The caretaker is very friendly and accomodating. Host is responsive and friendly too. -Good location. Easy to find, peaceful and with enough space to park your vehicles. -Place is bigger than the picture. With nice interior, clean rooms and linen, comfortable bed and 4 toilet and bath. Just bring your own towel. -Pool is clean. With billiards, KTV with latest songs that you will truly enjoy! (No time limit) -Kitchen with complete utensils, big kitchen wares and an easy to use griller. (No need to bring charcaol). Water for drinking is also provided. We will surely book again. Highly recommended. ❤️

Its a simple house with very basic amenities. We weren’t provided with blankets and mejo malamok pa yung bahay pero to be expected kse tabing ilog sya. What stood out for me is the ambiance of the place. The outdoors is beautiful and well thought of. I fell in love with the river in front of the airbnb, the pools which my employees throughly enjoyed and the absolute provincial feels of the whole place. It was a smooth experience from booking to check out. The caretaker was easy to communicate with and very considerate as we attended a wedding and got back a little late in the place.

First of all, we would like to thanks Sir Chino for being so responsive, even though some of my questions are for verifications sa details. Also, would like to thanks Sir Benjie for being so welcoming and responsive as well. We really like the place. My husband and I wanted to take a quick break and Amadeo Farmhouse made it possible. The place was neat and clean. We live in Laguna so we really enjoyed the Onsen hehe it feels like the hotsprings here. We had a great sleep and rest. And my husband really like the interior of the place as well hehe it is very cmfortable to stay at. Over all, we highly recommend Sir Chino’s place and would definitely go back if time permits.

We had our honeymoon in El Jardin last 2022, and 3 years later, we came back with our baby. Everything was almost the same- actually more things available this time (like the coffee machine and the common areas). Still romantic and homey as we remembered it. The outside of the subdivision is also favorable as the store is just right there and there were so many cafes and restaurants nearby. The caretaker was so helpful and very friendly ❤️ We wish to comeback soon. Thank you so much Sir Chino and Mi Abuela fam for another memorable stay.

Had a fabulous stay at Chino’s place. We wanted somewhere relaxing and quiet to stay after a long drive before attending an event in the area the following day. It met all our needs and more in this regard. It was easy to find using the WAZE pin provided, had good parking and the caretaker was super helpful on check-in. The property was as per the photographs and description - if not better in real life! The unit is spacious and flows very well with modern amenities. In fact we drew a floor plan as it would be perfect for a small house we are planning In the future. The standouts for us were the excellent Wi-Fi, large TV with access to Netflix/Prime/Disney and the super efficient and quiet air con. These allowed us to truly relax and unwind after our long drive. Had a very good night’s sleep in a large/comfy bed. The bathroom and kitchen were also beyond expectations. Will definitely use again if we are in the area and strongly recommend to our friends.

Ms. Josephine is a super host! Very accommodating. We asked for a favor and with no hestitation granted it. The place is clean, smells good, in a quiet neighborhood, has complete amenities. Chino’s place is one of my favorite Airbnb stays so far. It's clean, peaceful, and just a short drive from Sky Ranch and other popular spots in Tagaytay. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. I work nights, so I really appreciated the backup internet. It kept me connected the entire time without a hitch. And the ridge view? Absolutely majestic and calming. Truly one of the most comfortable and well-thought-out stays I’ve experienced on Airbnb. We’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!

We arrived late in the afternoon and got scared with the dogs who welcomed us at the entrance.
