sobrang bait po ni Ms. Anna at Ms. Melit. accomodating at talagang worry free ka pagdating mo sa unit kasi complete furnitures and may mga gamit pang personal needs. napakaspacious ng place at tahimik. feel at home ka talaga. maraming salamat po ❤️❤️❤️

Owner: nice and responsive. when we asked him to change ‘yung beddings kasi parang narumihan, mabilis din itong napalitan ng staff. Place: Expect a loud noise since tabi ng highway. Kung ano ang nasa photos posted, that’s also what you will see sa actual. Location: Super lapit sa Bus Station, Sm San Pablo, Jollibee, Grocery Store, 7/11, Chowking, Burger King, etc. WiFi: Good connection.

It was a good place to stay. It is clean and the owners are very responsive. It was my second time and definitely I will go back here again.

Lei's place was perfect for our family, including my senior parents. Its walking distance to the church, restaurants and tsinelas shopping. The place is new and very complete in amenities. We loved the super clean and nice smelling linen, pillows and towels.

The place was better than expected. It is well equipped to accomodate our needs. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The area was very peaceful and quiet, but still easily accessible and close to the main road. A small suggestion, if its possible to have netflix or a small karaoke. Overall, we definitely recommend the place and will probably stay here again should we come back to eLBi.

This is our second time staying here, and it never disappoints. The host is easy to communicate with, and the place is clean, looks exactly as advertised, and is very accessible to UPLB campus and restaurants. They even give free snacks. We will definitely stay here again when we return. :)

Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! Big shoutout to Kuya Jason who helped out whenever we needed something during the trip. Thanks, Eia & Tito Ji! 😊

Such a lovely and thoughtfully prepared stay! The space is simple yet stylish, with hotel-quality bedsheets, fresh towels, complete toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with IKEA glassware and silverware. The air conditioning was already on when I arrived—such a nice touch! Trash bins were plenty, making it easy to keep things clean, and each area had fire extinguishers and emergency lights, which added peace of mind. The BBQ area was also very nice and efficient. The garden was beautifully maintained, and having an on-site caretaker was a big plus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

The amenities were great! especially the pool and outdoor sitting area, which the kids absolutely loved. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals comfortably. We also appreciated the small touches like clean linens, huge parking space, and outdoor BBQ space. It made our short stay feel special and memorable. Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. It was deep and huge and comes from a hot spring so we all enjoyed staying in the pool for hours! The property is incredibly private—no neighbors in sight, it was the kind of place where you could truly unplug and unwind. The interior was cozy and comfortable, but we honestly spent most of our time at the pool. The outdoor setup, with plenty of seating and a shaded area, made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing pool to recharge and relax, this place is a gem.
