Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Caves Beach

Carmen was nothing but friendly and upfront from the very beginning. We felt very informed and safe. Carmen’s property was exactly like the photos (although the scenery was MUCH better in real life) Lovely and clean place, including the sheets and towels. The extra bathroom (outside of the ensuite) is perfect for a place housing so many guests. We also received a beautiful welcome gift, which was very thoughtful and delicious.

Thank you Lisa for a comfortable stay in your lovely property. We had everything we needed for our stay and would love to be return in summer when the pool is nice and warm.

We had a great weekend staying here in April. It was a great location for a day spent touring wineries in the Hunter Valley. The home was spacious and well equipped and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

It was our second time at Ally’s Umina and cannot fault the place. Place is very clean and well equipped, relaxing in the spa. Robbie is a wonderful and responsive host, providing guides and suggestions during our stay. Sit outside and you’ll feel the serenity just listening to birds and the sound when wind blew past the trees. Ally’s Umina Oasis is highly recommended place to stay in Central Coast. What a gorgeous home to stay at .. All the comforts within were perfect.. The house was immaculate & the amazing fragrance when you walked into the home .. I have stayed at quite a few BNB’s over the time & found Claudia’s property to be one of the best .. Claudia was so accommodating & lovely to communicate with .. The area surrounding the property was very peaceful & to sit out in the back yard was very tranquil .. We had a lovely time at this beautiful place! My family absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was inviting, and the surroundings were breathtaking. Every moment spent there was filled with joy and laughter. It truly felt like a perfect getaway for us.

Damon’s place was amazing, it was clear and flexible check in which was great ! The place was spotless and I called it home for a few days. It was peaceful in the evenings so I would unwind and relax

Was a great place to base ourselves for a few activities we had planned while visiting Sydney, Sydney Olympic park was only 15 mins drive away. Jason’s place was clean and comfortable, accommodating for large families (there were 5 of us), it had everything we needed for our stay and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. I would definitely consider staying here again for future stays!

Very functional, albeit small 2-bedroom apartment. The pool was great - we were the only ones that seemed to swim while we were there! The little balcony is a nice place to have a dinner or wine. It did hold the heat quite a bit - assume it would be quite warm in summer. The suburb is very hilly like the name suggests - so be mindful of that from a mobility perspective. Great area - lots of cafes around 10 mins walk away.

We were really impressed with the view from the loungeroom. The place was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's very centralized, you can see the sea pool from the balcony and Coles is 750m away. Jonathan was also very quick in responding anytime I had a question. He also only asks that you take the rubbish out and doesn't ask anything extra like other hosts.

Great apartment in the perfect location to explore The Entrance. Access to jacuzzi was great and we had everything we needed. Would be happy to stay again.

A spacious and comfortable self-contained flat, overlooking the forest and the ocean. We had an excellent time over four weeks. Communication with a most hospitable owner was perfect. We highly recommend, and hope to be back some day!

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Alan’s Place was absolutely perfect for our night away! Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Everything we needed was provided. Alan was extremely accommodating and easy to contact. The little personal touches Alan provided for our stay made us feel right at home.

I spent a lovely few days in EMILY‘s whale Beach escape. I was looking for a quiet retreat in Sydney and this was perfect. The bus made it easy to get around without a car. I went to Avalon Beach swimming and whale Beach is close by. I did an amazing moonlight walk on the . They were goodies in the fridge, plus snacks and a little bottle of sparkling wine that was very well received. Highly recommended. Matthew.

Once again our host has not let us down. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Everything you needed was ready available always a pleasure to stay with this host highly recommended. Once again thank you for making our stay very pleasant we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s place in Queenscliff. It’s a short and easy 4-minute walk to Queenscliff Beach, which shares a cove with Manly Beach. A little further down is Shelly Beach with calm waters… perfect for a swim after a nice walk. We plan to go back in October and will stay in this lovely apartment once again. Without a doubt.
