Absolutely beautiful studio that overlooks a valley filled with Kangaroos, Rabbits and plenty of birds. Driving into this property i was blown away by how gorgeous this place is in person. The studio gets plenty of sun, and is less than a 5 min walk away from Audrey Wilkinson. The location of the property is perfect, as it felt very private yet was so close to everything that Pokolbin had to offer! Sally was very responsive, making our check in & stay feel seamless. She also recommended some local eateries, and was very kind and welcoming. Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, the whole experience was a 10/10 and i’m looking forward to coming here again. Thank you so so much Sally and Iain for hosting us!

My mother and I absolutely loved staying here. Inside and out was actually even better than the photos showed. Was a comfortable, tidy, modern, quiet space. Outside with the spa, pool and sauna made us feel like we were in a resort in Bali. Given the chance we will definitely stay again.

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

This is a lovely retreat which makes you feel on top of the world - with incredible views north over the Port Stephens peninsula. At night the stars are incredible. The house itself is modern, clean and fresh with everything you'd need - and the beds are very comfortable. The communal spa and pool is beautiful - and the water temperature was perfect. The whole place feels like a mini private resort. Jane was very communicative with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay at Jennifer’s place! It was sooo comfortable for a large group with big open spaces for everyone to be in together. Great ammenities too thank you so much!!! :)

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Beautiful home, great location, clean and tidy and had 5 seperate beds which was a rare find in the area. The pool was a lovely touch. The host was very friendly and communicated so well. We had a stress free stay there with no issues whatsoever. Thank you Tara!

Thank you Yang! We had a fantastic stay at Caves Beach. Yang’s house was beautiful — comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach, local cafés, and the bar. Caves Beach itself is the perfect spot to unwind, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, including plenty of games to keep the kids entertained.

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

Excellent home for our family gathering. Sally is a generous host with a few nice surprises in addition to the basic staples. Very well laid out accommodation and the pool area was a real bonus. Lovely modern beach style decor in keeping with the location close to the ocean. Highly recommend.

Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely book again in the future. The house is so charming--we loved the coastal grandma decor--and the pizza oven and outdoor bar made it feel like we were on a real holiday, not just a weekend away 90 minutes from Sydney. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes walk and there are plenty of other coastal options within 5 minutes drive. Nick had clear instructions and shared plenty of info before our arrival. Can't wait for our next stay!

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place. The accommodation was clean and tidy when we arrived. The outdoor space was large, comfortable and covered. The kitchen was outstanding and had a huge fridge and was well stocked with all kitchen appliances and amenities. Two bathrooms were well stocked and functional. The air conditioner was also super helpful as it was really hot when we stayed, but the house was kept super cool. We would 100% recommend and would stay there again in a heart beat

Sonia’s House is in a quiet community with beautiful views. Wake up with birds as your Alarm Clock. A Gorgeous Kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed the family. A chemical free non toxic environment, is very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

This is the second time we've stayed at Greg's place. Always a big group and we find the house ideal for us. We love the kitchen and cooked up a feast with all the available utensils. Relaxing afterwards in the Spa was the cherry on the top. Greg is incredibly responsive and we know the house will be spotless with all the extras such as linen, towels, good working appliances and a well stocked fridge etc Can't recommend Greg highly enough

Great stay, clean, tidy and felt homely. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Easy to get to most places within 5 minutes by car. Would stay again when we come to Caves Beach.

The whole house was just right for us. 6 adults and 2 toddlers and a baby. Hannah even offered a cot and high chair for us. She is very responsive and thoughtful. She even left some Easter surprises for us in the fridge. It was great having the outdoor balcony upstairs too so we could relax (as much as you can with little ones around) and enjoy the view. We used the house and pool a lot as the children are so young. Great location and a wonderful home.

This is a very stylish renovation. The cottage is in an excellent location overlooking the channel at Swansea- always something happening but in a good way. Excellent local facilities coffee shops etc Accessibility to the main highway within a couple of blocks but minimal traffic. The house, verandah and particularly the BBQ area is very well set up with everything you need. We will definitely return when visiting our Newcastle family in the future.

Bradley’s gorgeous lakeside guest house was exactly as described and even BETTER than the pictures! Easy to find, free of clutter, modern design, absolutely stunning unobstructed views of the lake - that is literally metres from the open planned modern patio! Secure and safe, the modern bathroom and kitchen were great amenities. Our small furry four-legged friend enjoyed the stay that my husband and I had planned. Bradley was so prompt with his messages, and the bottle of wine, milk + restaurant recommendation was icing on the cake. We will definitely come and visit again soon!
