La Chataigne - family friendly gite with pool

Les Coumayres consists of four unique, newly renovated gites. La Chataigne is at the front of the house with one more gite and the owners home. Behind the house are two larger gites. We also have a Glamping site with two unique domes, located a couple of minutes walk. Relax by the heated pool whilst your children play in the pool, play ping pong or have fun in the playground. There is plenty of space for everyone and each gite has their own private terrace with outdoor sofa and dining for four.

Prime location in a lovely village alongside the Canal du Midi & only 20min from Carcassonne, Canal view has a view over the lock at Marseillette. This 2 bed gite is fully equipped, sleeping 4 + Cot and room for your 4 legged friends too if you wish to bring them! The gîte has it's own private patio overlooking the canal for outside dining with a stone BBQ and sunbeds. L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Olive gîte on Domaine de la Matte a peaceful farm just 15 min. drive to Carcassonne. The gîte has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, 2 bathrooms with a bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 11 June to 14 September.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
