BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Quiet two-room apartment located in a secure residence. Kitchen opens to living room (sofa bed), separate bedroom, and terrace. Located next to bus stop 16, you will be in the city center in 15 minutes! A pharmacy and bakery are on the street and an Intermarché is a 15-minute walk away. Located on the beach road, you can access the ocean in 45 minutes. NB: a cat living daily in the apartment, there may be hairs in places... Allergy sufferers beware!

The apartment is perfectly equipped and comfortable (equipped kitchen, washing machine, 180 x 200 bed with recent bedding).
