Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Caudéran, Bordeaux

I spent an extremely enjoyable two weeks in Caroline's studio. Caroline was an excellent and responsive host, she met me in person to welcome me to the property despite a recent injury. She provided local recommendations and information and was on hand for any questions. Things to keep in mind for anyone thinking of booking: as is indicated by the photos, it does not get direct light. It is also most suitable for people who have the dexterity to climb up to the mezzanine bed. Navigating the stairs at night was a little daunting sometimes, but again this is expected from the photos. But any minor inconvenience is more than outweighed by the incredible location of the apartment. The area is beautiful, lively, and within walking distance of everything. Despite this, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Because of the indirect light, it also stays comfortably cool when it is hot outside. The value for money for the location is excellent. I would happily stay here again.

Cécile's apartment is really very cozy and has everything you'll need. We had a fabulous weekend in Bordeaux✨, 20 minutes from downtown with lots of restaurants and stores close to the accommodation in the neighborhood.

Beautiful, clean and functional accommodation overlooking the courtyard, allowing you to be quiet. Proximity to tram and Jardin Public. Accessibility to park by car on the street, but not to park after 4 hours (30 euros per 4 hours). Very comfortable bedding, even when back problems. Old building with charm and shutters on the windows so you can sleep in complete darkness. Kitchen equipped with all condiments available. Flexible check in and check out time (thank you again). A cocooning Bordeaux getaway in a peaceful environment.

passing by for a wedding I found the camille accommodation that allowed us to rest for this weekend clean , flexible with the small lockbox ...everything was done for a self check-in great communication really I recommend if you pass by thank you to you Camille and your friend the next morning for check out!

Impeccable! The character is great. The apartment is better than the photos. Luc welcomed us and gave us several small directions to visit and eat. There were 5 of us and it was very cozy and quiet. I recommend it without hesitating. Thank you very much.

Beautiful house, very well decorated and very well equipped for a perfect stay: large space, 4 spacious bedrooms + 1 very beautiful outbuilding, kitchen with everything you need, very large living room with video projector, swimming pool, petanque, ping-pong table, darts…A very pleasant garden. All rooms are bright and well furnished. We had an amazing family stay! Thanks to Anthony and Laure for their warm welcome. We'll be back!!

A very nice place isolated from the road with plenty of space to relax and a swimming pool with beautiful natural decor. You don't expect to discover this remote house when you arrive in this street, but at the end of a small path after the gate, you discover this beautiful place. Sonia welcomed us very well and we were able to enjoy the main house in peace, the house is well equipped and very spacious. The pool is very nice and well kept. We had a lovely stay!

We truly enjoyed staying in Maria’s wonderful home. She was very helpful and communicative and provided clear instructions for getting to the house. We would absolutely stay here again!

Paul's accommodation was consistent with the photos. Clean and pleasant. Enclosed yard perfect for our dog. We had a pleasant stay there.

Very nice house, nice pool we enjoyed it. Located in a quiet area with lots of shops around (Auchan, bakery, pharmacy etc.), close to Bordeaux. We had a lovely stay, the only downside was the mosquitoes:)

We only spent one night in Véronique's house but it was perfect. We wanted to stay longer! Perfect! Veronique even found us a great babysitter for the kids :)

We stayed for over three weeks at Sylvie's and we had a very positive experience. The beds are comfortable, the appliances work very well and she left plenty of towels and bedding for our long stay. The kitchen has a good variety of cooking utensils. The neighbourhood is very quiet and feels very safe. Sylvie is very nice and the communication with her was very good. I can recommend this place!

We had a good stay in Bordeaux in the accommodation. The description and photos matched well and the apartment had many amenities. The instructions for accessing the listing crash on Android, but they display correctly on iOS (maybe it was a bug). In any case, everything is very well explained. We easily found parking near the residence, very convenient. A small downside on the bed that squeaks a lot and the pillows are too soft (those on the sofa are better), but maybe it's a little personal preference :) Thank you for hosting us!

Great place to stay, everything you need, recommended for everyone

Inès is very pleasant, responsive and welcoming. Her place is impeccable, quiet, with a parking space and a 5-minute walk from the tram. Would recommend!

Very functional and very quiet apartment. It's very functional. Bus line 15 is 5 minutes away and Saint Jean train station (tram C) is a 15-minute walk away. The private parking space is an undeniable asset. And finally, Jérôme is a responsive and very friendly host.

Staying at Jacqueline's was a new and special experience. The house is beautiful , functional and cozy, it has the flavor of things seen and lived, makes Jacqueline enter the world of Jacqueline who was very kind, she welcomed us by explaining everything practical and providing us with various material, addresses brochures, selections of her places of the heart. The terrace is beautiful, it has a terrace with flowers table umbrellas and enchanting natural light... At your disposal for breakfast, a kitchen equipped with every element, everything creates the feeling of being a citizen of Bordeaux for a few days. Thank you to Jacqueline for what she offers to those who are staying in her home. Ps. the apartment is on the third floor with an elevator already from the garage and only until August 31 to reach the city center you have to walk to the Pont de Pierre : it is not a problem , it is a nice walk on the view of Bordeaux !

We chose Blandine's apartment for it's proximity to Le Pin Galant theatre as we were attending a concert. The apartment is well placed for this but also for transport links into Bordeaux city. It is quiet, private and safe. The beds are super comfy and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. This is obviously Blandine's home rather than a holiday let and as such is full of her personal items - If you prefer more pared back, uncluttered accommodation then this may not be the place for you. Blandine was a fantastic and very attentive host and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation. It is very well located, tram 5 min walk that allows you to go to the center of Bordeaux quickly. Sylvie hosted us very well and is attentive to her guests.

Julie greeted us at midnight having prepared everything for us and never made us feel guilty for arriving so late. She has a great flat, extremely quiet and very well located for getting back on the motorway. We will definitely be back next year.
