2-room apartment, located in the heart of the Bordeaux district of Caudéran, about a 5-minute walk from the Parc Bordelais and 15 minutes from the city center by bus (line 2 at the bottom) or bike (Vélib at the bottom). Bordeaux train station is 20 minutes away with the G line and the airport is 15 minutes away by car. All the shops in the neighborhood are available 100 meters from the accommodation. Free parking around the residence, several spaces available, easy to park. I also have private parking on request

My accommodation is 700 m from the city centre. It is close to a shopping centre, the airport, the train station, restaurants, art and culture due to its location in relation to tram stops A and F, buses (Plages) and bicycles. You will appreciate our accommodation for the tranquillity it offers, its facilities, its comfort, my availability and my responsiveness. Your accommodation is suitable for a solo or business traveller, a couple with 2 children or 3 adults with a child aged 0 to 3 years.

Quiet house with garden, in a residence set back from the street with 1 double bed bedroom and 1 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette, washing machine. Wifi and secure parking space (which is not suitable for a vehicle that is too long, such as a van, etc.). The place is equipped with an EV charging station. Close to shops, (5-minute walk) and bus lines 9 and 16. 15 min from the airport, 50 min from the ocean. The house is in a family residence, not suitable for hosting a party.
