Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent accommodation and friendly hosts on the 3rd floor. In particular, I don't think the host's kindness is too much to emphasize. When I was injured, he reassured me by asking various elements. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who traveled with me at dawn. We would love to visit this house again someday. The host communicated quickly and there was a coffee shop a hundred meters away from the shop.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

I stayed there with my parents for 3 weeks for my holidays. It is a good place for long-term stay where is close to shopping mall 3 mins walk, good restaurants. It is very convenient to buy groceries shop such as k-market and win mart at downstairs. There has a small garden and I can do morning exercise. However, the place is not a tourist spot so if you plan for visit. As there are so many restaurants, the price are slightly expensive and rare to find the street food at surroundings. They supplied all the kitchen utensils inside the house which is very convenient to use and water bottle is ready when we first arrived. The bed room wall is a little bit dirty and it would be better if the host can improve it.

The second time I came back was as good as the first time. This is a clean, high class apartment and close to the center, the host is very friendly.

It is quiet. And it was an apartment with more residents than a guesthouse, so it wasn't cluttered and comfortable. Vincom Plaza was close and there was also a k market, so it was comfortable for Koreans to stay. The place was clean and the TV and air conditioning were also great. The host responded immediately and let me stay without any inconvenience.

I was able to stay safely and comfortably for two days. The cleanliness of the bedding and bathroom was also good, and although I didn't use it, there were tools in the kitchen that I could cook with. However, the door to the veranda was not a double window, so I could hear the vehicle noise outside, but I didn't care much. On the 1st floor, there were amenities such as a spa, beauty salon, local mart and K-mart, so it was nice and convenient! There was a Korean town nearby, so it was also good for eating Korean food. I want to come here again next time!
