The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The Cozy Little House

Small upstairs house, spacious that can accommodate 4 guests, in Saint Sauveur le Vicomte you will enjoy a comfortable and equipped accommodation. Ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the Castle, as well as the leisure base for family fun. Portbail beach is 12 km away. In a few minutes by car you will arrive at the forest, for walking or cycling. Holy Mother Church is 17km away relive the moments of the landing and immerse yourself in the heart of history.

In Le Havre du Hameau Ley, let yourself be charmed by an authentic little stone house nestled in the heart of Cotentin. Here, time slows down: aperitifs and barbecue in the setting sun on a south-west facing terrace, gentle awakenings with a view of a small pond, a panorama of a wooded garden... and in the evening, the warmth of the wood stove for cocooning moments. A true haven of calm, ideally located to escape and explore the many wonders of North Cotentin.

Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

Family cottage for 14 people

The 3-star cottage is a family house completely renovated in 2020. With an area of approximately 160 m2, it can comfortably accommodate 12 people (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). However, it can accommodate up to 14 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends. Ideally located, you can enjoy the calm of the countryside, while being close to the sea. Pets are allowed.
