Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

A HEATED POOL IS AVAILABLE. (open from April 1st to October 15th) From the beginning of July to the end of August, arrivals are only on Saturdays and departures on Friday or Saturday. Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

The sea is 3 km away, and you will be seduced by its harbor, a magnificent daily spectacle as well as the beautiful sandy beaches that surround it. Beautiful hikes await you along the GR that goes around our peninsula, bike or boat rides to the Jersey Islands.

The 3-star cottage is a family house completely renovated in 2020. With an area of approximately 160 m2, it can comfortably accommodate 12 people (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). However, it can accommodate up to 14 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends. Ideally located, you can enjoy the calm of the countryside, while being close to the sea. Pets are allowed.
