Accommodation active from 2024. It's on the third floor, with no elevator. It is in the heart of the Florentine centre. For those unfamiliar with Florence, I must point out that in almost all condominiums in the heart of the city centre, as in this one, lifts cannot be installed. The stairs to climb to the accommodation are also not steep. In the 10th century, there was a castle on the same street as the address. Before it, there was a river port of the Ancient Romans: the address is in fact in the area of the Roman Quadrilateral.

charming studio ponte vecchio/ lift

Quite and luminous studio to sleep 2, located on the left side of the river Arno, only at 30 yards/meters from Ponte Vecchio! The studio is on the third floor with lift and has a living room with parquet floor and a real double sized bed, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchenette! the double glaze window is overlooking the main street and the bathroom window has mosquito net . it is also provided of air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi connection and tv wall mount for all your conforts.

Amazing decorations, parquet, original frescoes on the walls ('700), exposed wooden beam ceilings. 2 bedrooms , 2 open lofts (with additional bed space) , spacious living room, 2 bathrooms with showers, and washing machine. Air conditioning in all rooms, strong wi-fi. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment is close to Mercato Centrale, Cappelle Medicee, Davide di Michelangelo, Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Uffizi. Third floor, no elevator.

This is a refined double-volume apartment, ideal for a couple, but also for a family with 1-2 children. On the lower floor, there is the kitchen and the living room with a sofa (which can turn into a comfortable double bed), and on the upper floor, the double bed with a bathroom divided into 3 zones, making it unique. The room is characterised by shades of blue, and in respect of its historicity, the original stuccos on the ancient cross-vaulted ceilings have been preserved.
