Mirabilia-Storico appartamento in edificio medioevale a due passi dal Duomo

Vivi la storia tra le pareti di questo curato appartamento con arredi del 700, volte a botte, pavimento in cotto e opere d'arte, senza però rinunciare al comfort moderno e ad alcuni pezzi di design contemporaneo: un connubio che ti ammalierà. La zona giorno comprende la cucina (dotata di forno a microonde, frigorifero, bollitore, tostapane, pentole e stoviglie e la parte living con divano letto(160x200cm) e TV. Gli arredi tra il 1700 e il design contemporaneo includono,trall'altro, un'angoliera del sec XVIII, una libreria Luigi Filippo,un mobile a colonna laccato Luigi XVI, 4 sedie di design Plia,una lampada da terra Bach che insieme ai quadri rendono l’ambiente autentico e unico. La camera è dotata di letto matrimoniale (140x200 cm), mentre il bagno dispone di una doccia (70x90 cm), di servizi igienici, di una lavatrice. Due grandi finestre con vetri acustici, zanzariere, tende oscuranti e persiane blindate si affacciano su una graziosa piazzetta risalente alla metà del 1200, il che garantisce alla casa quiete e tranquillità. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, pompa di calore e riscaldamento. I nostri ospiti avranno accesso a tutti gli ambienti della casa. I nostri ospiti possono contare su una disponibilità sia sul posto che a distanza. In base alle loro esigenze potremo condividere alcuni momenti del loro soggiorno o garantire una disponibilità discreta. L'appartamento si trova in un'area pedonale nel pieno centro storico di Firenze, a due passi dal Duomo e da Piazza della Signoria, e poco distante dal Ponte Vecchio e dal Mercato di San Lorenzo. La casa, si trova nella parte più antica della città, a un passo dal decumano romano, ed è situata in un edificio medievale di cui sono ancora visibili alcuni elementi architettonici come un frammento di arco, stipiti in pietra serena e le volte in mattoni. La posizione garantisce di vivere il centro storico di Firenze nel pieno delle sue bellezze e della sua vivacità. L’appartamento è stato completamente restaurato a Settembre 2018 ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno.

Bellissimo appartamento in centro città, a pochi passi dal Duomo.Tutto l'essenziale, ascensore per salire, il posto perfetto dove soggiornare per qualche giorno a Firenze. Un letto matrimoniale nella stanza principale, un divano letto nella zona comune lo rendono perfetto anche per una famiglia. Questo bilocale è davvero funzionale e molto molto vicino alle principali attrazioni della città. La lavatrice e asciugatrice è utile se hai bisogno di rinfrescare i tuoi vestiti dopo un tour in Italia.

Wonderful and relaxing 59 mq apartment literally located at 1 sec walk from the Duomo in historical and elegant Medici palace. In the pedestrian and historic center. You can easily walk in to all places of interest: the Accademia, Uffizi, and all the intresting place are a few steps on foot. It enjoys a wonderful view of Duomo and the Giotto tower It's romantic and silent, and also suitable for children and older people, for the proximity to all places of interest and a spacious lift.
