Holiday rentals with a pool in Catawba County

Wonderful home with great screened porch for dining or relaxing. Everything was in like new condition, kitchen was well equipped. Walk to the dock was a little steep but the dock/lake access was great for swimming with the kids. The pool/clubhouse access was an added bonus. Great shaded space with clean restrooms along with pickle ball and lounging. The development is still in the early stages so the home was very private and peaceful. Can’t think of anything negative to say!

Beautiful home with lots of space for my family and I. Close to stores and restaurants with lots of options to choose from. Friendly, informative, and quick responsive host! Made North Carolina feel like home!

Thank Derek, this is what the family needed. An intimate family getaway. We enjoyed playing the games, darts especially as well as some board games. We wanted to spend some family time together not surrounded by a lot of people. The neighbors that we saw were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. We spent time at the neighborhood pool, and did some hiking. We would love to visit again!

We spent a week at the Lakeside Villa, and it was exactly what we were looking for! The home fit 4 adults and 2 dogs with extra room to spare. The house was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed. While there are a lot of steps, the view is well worth it. If you enjoy fishing like we do, there are some HUGE catfish in the cove you will be on. Our group is already trying to plan a trip for next year.

Our family gets together every year for a family vacation. We chose this lake house for its location as well as the fact that it had so many things to keep us busy, regardless on how the weather turned out. We loved the kayaks and the fact that multiple were provided. The access to the lake was amazing so we could fish any time. The home is beautifully decorated, so much attention to detail. The home provides board games for your family, floats for the pool, speaker for music poolside, among many other things. We loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit overlooking the lake. The kids never complained about lack of things to do. We especially loved playing darts. It was such an amazing home that it got all of the kids off of electronics. We had an issue with the water and John was super responsive and fixed it right away. He was so responsive. The home is only minutes away from a large shopping center as well as a boat rental company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A great little place, with a perfect view of the lake. The tiny house park has a new pickle ball court (and they have paddles/balls free), kayaks, paddle boards, and docks for your own boat. Great porch! Cute place. Couch was much smaller than photo shows. Kitchen is small but pretty stocked with basics you might need. Fun place!

We had such a great time. Great for families. There is a second separate living area with a 3 beds perfect for teens etc. We would definitely stay again!

We rented this first floor condo unit for two weeks to be near our son and his family after the birth of their baby. It was perfectly located. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. It was clean and comfortable. The pool is a quick walk away and quite nice. There are close restaurants and stores. Lake Norman is a very short drive away, and there are lovely greenways easily accessible for walks. There is some noise from people walking upstairs at times, but it’s not excessive and to be expected in a first floor unit. It made a comfortable and affordable “home away from home” during our stay.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

This condo was probably the most organized and comprehensive Airbnb expereinces I have had. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It opens right up to the pool and you have a nice view of the Marina. Great for a small family. Very easy location - right off the highway. Kim was incredibly responsive. Checking out was easy - there's a checklist to review right on the counter.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

Great location Katie was quick to help when needed. The coffee pot was broken and she had a new one at the door same day. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here for our son’s wedding weekend. The location was perfect for all the wedding events and absolutely stunning—right on the lake, with a boardwalk just behind the condo. The unit itself was spotless and very comfortable. There was a last-minute issue with repaving and restricted parking access (completely out of the host’s control), but the host communicated immediately and went out of their way to help us navigate it. Overall, an excellent choice and one we’d happily recommend.
