Beautiful apartment in a great location. Minutes walk to restaurants, groceries and beach. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Great host and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sahs’ place in Pizzo. The appartment is in the upper part of the town. The highlight is its big terrace with amazing views of the sea, including the sunset every evening. It was big enough for a family with two kids. All the furniture seemed pretty new and good quality. Communication was always easy and we had no problem when we asked for an early check in and late check out. They even organised the taxi to pick us up at the Pizzo station. We didn’t have a car but didn’t have any issues in walking to the Center and shops (10-15 mins) or to the beach (20 mins), be prepared for the slopes, but it was a good exercise to walk back every day. The apartment also has access to a shared pool, which kids enjoyed a lot. Finally we had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome gift. We recommend this appartment.

The appartement is perfect. The kitchen is modern with everything you need for cooking. and the bedroom is very cosy. All looks new. We had a great time. There is always somebody around to help and support you. Great place with perfect service. Pizzo beach club is even more beautiful than you can see on the pictures. Beautiful pools and beach! Filippo’s place is spotless! The forniture and the household appliances are new and good quality, even the pans are new… It’s very fresh in summer and one minute walking distance to the beach… I highly recommend this place and his host!

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. Very large and beautiful home. Make sure you understand that electricity and linens are an extra charge. However, do not let that discourage you from booking. Electrical fee was about 20 Euro/day. Rossana and Letizia were very accommodating to help us get settled.

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

Excellent hospitality, very helpful staff, everything in order, clean and in working order. i recommend it to those who want to spend a few days in tranquility and a stone's throw from the sea in a quiet area. family-friendly location with young children given the comforts of home.

First off, it was immediately easy to see why Luigi is rated as a superhost. He greeted us with a huge smile, he was extremely in touch without being obtrusive, in the days leading up to our arrival, and he met us quite early (earlier than most hosts would ever consider) to meet us and show us the unit and give us the keys. Also, I messed up and locked both the keys and my cellular in the apartment - and a neighbor totally rescued us by calling Luigi - AND, Luigi showed up in under 10 minutes! I highly recommend this host - no matter what property it is, you can rest assured that you will have a fantastic experience. Luigi ALSO, by the way, provided one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed - it was immaculate upon arrival! Thank you, Luigi! 7 stars out of 5!!!

Great place to stay, modern, well organized and super clean. The climate works perfectly and the apartment is equipped with almost all the comforts. The host was very hospitable and attentive in his communications. Only small criticism: the hot water worked intermittently from time to time. However, I can say that we had a great time and overall it was an excellent stay. Highly recommended.
