Holiday rentals with beach access in Catanzaro

Really nice spot. Simple, clean and right at the (almost private) beach. Fresh agricultural produce by roadside farmers 4 minutes by car. Roger is usually closeby and always approachable for questions and help.

This was our second stay at Piero's and we were hosted very well again. The apartments are nice, clean and in a good location. Piero is a very responsive and accommodating host.

A wonderful place tucked away from the piazza with everything one could need for a visit. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Scilla, especially for the location and ease of access to local attractions.

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

It is a home on the outskirts of the town near the airport. A good place if you have to sleep near the airport. The studio is very nice and comfortable.

This was our first trip to this area and we hope to return. The location of Angelo’s place was an excellent base to explore the area. We enjoyed the beach below and did some snorkelling with lots of fish. We did not require much from Angelo while there but when we did he responded promptly and was very friendly. We would highly recommend Angelo’s place!

A great apartment in the middle of the old town of Pizzo, therefore only accessible on foot. But a very quiet location and a great terrace. It had everything you needed. We were received and said goodbye in a very friendly manner. In addition, Francesco, who was always available, gave us great tips for localities, whether for ice cream, aperitivo, pizza, pasta or fish. Thank you, it was perfect!

Modern and very clean furnished apartment , right by the beach/sea. Views are sensational. Francesco is a very friendly host who goes out of his way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. He always has an open ear for questions and requests. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

We were two at Silvio's and enjoyed the stay very much. There was a large bed and a large, very comfortable sofa bed. We were able to park in front of the house on the street and explore the area from there. Silvio was always a very friendly host for us, who could also help us with the purchase of a property. Pizzo and the surrounding area are worth a trip, beautiful old town and many very good restaurants (be sure to eat the pistachio tartuffo at Dante's) with wonderfully long secluded beaches. We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic location, beautiful virtually private beach on the doorstep. A short drive from Tropea and local shops and restaurants. simple clean well equipes no frills accomodation.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Lovely modern apartment that is up on the hill. Well equipped. A lot of noise from the traffic outside - on a junction.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

The accommodation in Santa Maria is highly recommended: The apartment is functionally furnished and the garden is romantic. You can hear the sound of the sea and the beach is just a short walk away. Anna is a warm and helpful person. She responds immediately and also helped us a lot with an evening noise disturbance. In short: When visiting the Costa degli Dei, the house in Santa Maria is a great address - we would come back anytime. Thank you very much, Anna, for everything!

We had a really great stay! The place is similar to the pictures and description. The absolute highlight is really the roof terrace and its own access to the beach. Upon our arrival, a small cosmetic package and chilled water awaited us. There was also nothing missing to shape your everyday life. Next to the property, the service is absolutely amazing. Not only did our host get a rental car ready for us at the airport 15 hours before arrival, but also repaired the coffee machine before arrival. Even with questions during the stay, this was always responsive. Early check-in and late check-out were also possible. Thank you so much, happy to come back! :-)

The apartment and location was better than expected. We had not been to Tropea before and did not have a good sense of the town layout. We were ideally located, a very short walk to the old town all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment has wonderful large balcony that provides the best sunset view - why fight the crowds? Sunset aperitivo on the balcony was a highlight. Access to the station is also good, although it is a long walk with bags (15 min) - easy downhill from the station, more challenging heading up the hill. Lidia was a great host, provided very responsive help for checkin and was available and responsive throughout our short 4 day visit. The apartment is well set up with all the advertised amenities. One minor downside was that the apartment is opposite a popular bar that can be noisy until late. Fortunately the windows and apartment were quite well sound proofed. We had a wonderful stay in Tropea. Thank you Lidia for hosting us!

Good location for walking around the centre. Cristian was a great host and gave recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. Good cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

We spent the Christmas holidays in Giulia's precious apartment. Beautiful, cozy, bright and equipped with everything you need to spend even a few days. Very close to all the sights of the area such as Capo Vaticano, Zambrone and Vibo Valentia and above all with a guaranteed sea view. Giulie was a super responsive and available host. She's certainly The place I would definitely go back in the summer. I literally loved this place, a very comfortable bed and a well-served area. Thanks again Giulia❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Magdalena’s place. The location was perfect for my mum who can not walk so far . Anytime we contacted Magdalena she responded instantly and was really friendly . Loved the place and felt it was excellent value for money. Definitely will be back .

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
