Adorable place to stay. It was very clean and walking distance to the beach. The host was amazing and checking on me to make sure everything was going good . Will definitely be back soon .

We stayed in this AirBNB last year and loved it so much that we came back this year. Gwen is amazing! Clear instructions and very, very responsive to questions. The condo is beautiful, and it's private but close to restaurants and fun things to do. We plan to come back next year too.

We just left from our first stay at pelicans perch. This home was set up well for six people. One room does have twin beds so maybe not the best for three couples. We were very pleased to see that they use non-toxic products and had a nice supply for our use as well. So often when you go into a STR they have multiple fragrance-filled plug-ins that I have to unplug to even be able to tolerate being in the home. This home was very clean and fresh. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and even bicycles to use. We did use the charcoal grill one night and it was super clean. This morning I enjoyed coffee on the lower deck with a view of the water. We enjoyed the home so much that we've already booked it for our event next year.

5 Stars – A Perfect Getaway! Our stay in Gulfport was absolutely amazing! Billy and Josie were incredible hosts—so welcoming and attentive. The location was peaceful and perfect for a couples' getaway. The listing was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. It truly felt like a peaceful slice of home away from home. We loved how close it was to all the local hotspots—just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and even Biloxi. A special shoutout to Johnny, the groundskeeper—he was phenomenal! Friendly, helpful, and always around to assist with anything we needed. He keeps the property in beautiful shape and adds such a warm, welcoming presence to the stay.
