The unit does have a wonderful view and the gym/pool are very nice. The fees appear high on the hotel website, but the host is able to make it much more affordable. Similarly, both pools and the gym are very handy/easy to get to from the residence building. The host is very responsive and wants to help wherever she can. The area is undergoing a lot of development and there was still some repairs/restoration happening in February from the September 2024 storm, but the local area is working very hard to get things up and running. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but makes for an adequate breakfast and lunch facility. The A la carte restaurant is expensive for the area. Keep in mind that the unit is not a true one bedroom. Rather, it is a bachelor suite or hotel room with a kitchenette. There is no table at which to eat. Stay away from the taxis outside the hotel, use Grab.

I would highly recommend this unit for an overnight (or longer) stay in Ha Long Bay. It's spacious and beautiful inside, and in a great location for touring the city. Kane is a very friendly and helpful host, he quickly greeted us to help us check in once we arrived. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience!

Nice little apartment to ourselves. Clean and uncluttered. Nice quiet area with mostly families. Lots of nice coffee places and convenience stores. about a 10 - 15 min walk to local Vietnamese resurants. About 58 - 62 000 dong for Grab ride to international port [Halong Bay tours] or beaches. Not a big tourist area where located - I think we were the only westerners there. Great view of the bridge. Host fantastic and helpful. Thank you Hung.🙏

Huyen's condo was very clean with lots of space. The huge bathroom has a tub as well as a shower. The view is extraordinary. The bed was luxuriously comfortable and there were even robes in the closet. Huyen was very communicative and helpful. She helped us arrange a ride back to Hanoi, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. We'd definitely stay again.

Nice place with a nice view of Ha Long. Host was responsive to my queries. Probably more quiet than other place in the area. It get a bit more noisy over the weekend but I was there during school break so a bit more activity is to be expected.

Thanh was an incredible host! Her place is beautiful and so spacious! She went above and beyond to help us with all of our requests and she even coordinated a taxi to our flight out of HPH! I definitely recommend a stay here!

Perfect villa for group family trip. Well- equipped kitchen & living room

It was a spacious and relaxing accommodation for 7 people to stay. It matched the photos, and I was able to walk to the beach, and it was very peaceful. However, the next door was under construction, so there was a little noise during the day, but I was usually out, so there was no inconvenience in living. Both the host and the housekeeper listened to our requests well and were friendly.

The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Hanh was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Tiffany's place was excellent. The host was super friendly and good at commission. The place is extremely big, lots of space and I would recommend it for families and friends. The location was the one that I worried the most because I wasn’t familiar with the city, but everything was very close and easy to find. For example, 400m to the beach, 500m to a super big seafood market, 3km to Sun World Park. The house was super clean and the bedrooms are spacious and comes with large closets and the kitchen was modern, spacious and well equipped. Tiffany goes above and beyond very responsive, hospitable and a great host. I LOVE HALONG BAY and we felt welcome and at home here and would book this place again. Ruby July 12,2023

There were 11 of us and we had a great weekend that was worth the price we paid. The host was responsive and gave us good recommendations! The mention that the pool requires an additional fee could have been more prominent, but other than that we have no complaints.

Beautiful apartment, everything exceeded my expectations. Comfortable bed, huge bathtub, clean, everything as pictured. There is a panoramic pool on the 40th floor (entrance fee 160,000 dong), must go!

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend Minh Vui as a host! The apartment has an amazing view and is right next to the beach so perfect for sea swimming everyday. There is also a washing machine and hob so it is easy to be self-sufficient if you want but also loads of great food options around as recommended by the host! Minh Vui was really helpful and always responded quickly.

Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

Chi'a place at A La Carte is exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful unit and building. There is a beach just outside the lobby with amenities available. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate and relax outside the downtown area this one is highly recommended. Cabs are cheap or you can rent a car/scooter and park underground . Would highly recommend

This is the second time I'm staying at An An's place and it was just as splendid as the first time! An An is very quick to respond and helped us out with all our queries. The sunset views are incredible! Grab services very easily here since we found cabs easily and ordered our dinner via grab. My only regret is that we did not have time to use the pool this time!

I am absolutely in love with van and her apartment, it was my fiancés birthday and she insisted she will make some decoration arrangements and it was soo adorable. She is proactive on messages 24/7and helps you with anything you need and recommendations as well . She personally greeted me at the lobby to take us to the apartment as well . The apartment had amazing sea view and looked even better than pictures 🫶🏻. I stayed there for 2 days I wish I had booked more . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE , it’s soo stunning , amazing views and van is an amazing amazing host ❤️
