Apartment holiday rentals in Castle

Jolanta and I were only in contact via the messages. She is a likeable landlady and available at any time. Access to the apartment is via a key box - very easy to set 4-digit with number wheels. The apartment is very bright and friendly. It is very quiet at night (residential area). If you like to sleep dark, you have to take sleeping glasses or the like with you for one of the bedrooms, as the street lamp is very bright. It didn't bother me. The other bedroom is inside. If you are good on foot, you can reach the city in 20 minutes and Penarth Pier in a good 30 minutes. Penarth Pier is beautifully situated on Bristol Canal. You can also eat there. Cardiff can also be reached in a quarter of an hour by car. Cardiff Bay (port) offers many pubs and restaurants. You can also go for a walk there. If I go to the area again, I will definitely stay in Jolantas's apartment again.

Great place to stay for a weekend away in Cardiff. Short walk to Mermaid Quay. Really peaceful location. Spacious and very clean, comfy beds. Bonus of a secure parking space. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend.

We spent 3 nights at Hayley’s place and it was absolute perfect! Exactly as seen in the pictures, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. The bed was very comfy! Coffee machine was a great touch! Will definitely be staying again :)

I had a great stay in Melina’s flat. Had everything I needed for a weekend away. The bed was big and very comfortable. Very nice to have a big bathtub. Surprisingly quiet for being a ground floor flat which was great for sleep as well as the black out curtains! The walk to the city center was easy and basically flat. Would definitely stay again!

The place was absolutely as it is in the pictures. It was extremely tidy and everything was quite clean. They coordinated well and made sure we did not have any inconveniences. I would highly recommend the place for your stay at Cardiff.

Stayed at “the loft” 82 Cathedral for a long weekend for the Barry 10k. Very helpful and responsive hosts, the loft space was beautiful, clean and with everything we wanted and needed. Well within walking distance to the city centre. Helped make a great weekend away. Thank you Steve & Deb

We had a great one stay at Imrich's place. He was very responsive and helped us with parking a day early before check in. Location is in the middle of town which makes it very accessible. I'll definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Cargi is responsive, the apartment is near to grocery shops, restaurants, and good coffee shop. The apartment is equipped with functional pantry.

Amazing flat in a lovely part of Cardiff and only 20 mins from the town centre. The place was immaculate- in fact probably the nicest rental we’ve had since we’ve been AirBNB. Graham was very responsive and provided all the info we needed. The place surpassed our expectations. Hope to come back next year.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless clean, very functional, and surprisingly bright for a basement unit. We especially appreciated the spacious layout, the small backyard, and how well-lit it was throughout. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the touch-sensitive table lamps—such a nice detail! The Wi-Fi worked perfectly during our entire stay, and we found the welcome pack really helpful, especially the manual for the heater, which came in handy during the night. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful houses and tree-lined streets. It’s about a 30-minute walk from the central rail station, which we didn’t mind at all. All in all, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Had an issue with the original place so Sara was very proactive and communicated well to get me into another place. Was always very responsive and made sure I was happy. Very good host :)

Nice stay a bit further out from the center of Cardiff! The neighborhood felt really safe, peaceful, and quiet. About a 45 minute walk into the center or there are buses available. The Airbnb was nice and clean and the perfect size for one to two people!

The flat was very clean, modern and secure. It is located on a good bus route and 15 minutes walk from the city centre. There are an excellent range of shops andrestaurants nearby. There is on street parking usually a street or two away. Ebun always replied very quickly to meassages and efficiently actioned requests.

Ideal for a visit in the heart of student land but 10 minutes away from city centre and Cardiff is a great place to visit

A lovely apartment, exciting that it has a hot tub with a sea view. The sofas and bedding are also comfortable would recommend it!

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

Really pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything provided enhanced the experience and the hot tub which you heated yourself with the fire was a unique and fun experience. The food at the pub was excellent and well priced.

This is one of the bests stays me and my mother ever had. Avinash is the sweetest host and very kind. The place is extremely cozy and homely, my mom came from India and she felt very comfortable and warm. Avinash even provided extra heating alternatives, in case it’s too cold for my mom which was really sweet. Thank you very much for the stay and the lovely vibe!!!

Great studio apartment with comfy bed, in a modern complex, just 20 mins walk from the city centre. Dean is friendly and helpful, and we were grateful for a late checkout. Kitchen well-equipped. Good shower. Quiet neighbourhood.

We loved our stay in the coach house. The surroundings and view are beautiful with lots of wildlife around. The accommodation was lovely and well cleaned. The only minor issue was that we couldn’t log into the WiFi. Would recommend and will be back!

Beautiful estate, grounds look well cared for. Jack and Mollie were amazing. Only initial communication was with Lorraine (maybe) all other comms with Mollie. Such a peaceful serene location. Quite pricey for the night’s stay
