Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible hill walks and picturesque local towns . Catley is a walkers paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles to suit.

There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

The Cider Press, offers entirely purpose-built self-contained living space. On the ground floor, a convenient shower room/toilet adjacent to the impressive games room.
