Comfortable and cozy house with a quiet internal garden that offers a crazy view of the lake. It was a regenerating and relaxing stay.

We spent a week there with our two small children and felt at home from the first moment. Silvia has furnished the house with great attention to detail and especially thought of families – there were even toys for the little ones, which made our stay even more pleasant. The accommodation is perfect for families – cosy, clean and well equipped. Silvia and her family welcomed us very warmly and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If we travel to Lake Iseo again, we will definitely come back! <3

We had the best time at Lorena, Carlo and Nicola’s place! The view is absolutely stunning, even better than the photos. The porch and garden are spacious and luxurious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Everything within the apartment is good quality - Lorena, Carlo and Nicola have thought of everything! They are very friendly and helpful, and even treated us to a delicious homemade lasagna and tiramisu on our first night, which was so appreciated after a big day of travel. Carlo also drove us to the ferry station on our last morning so we didn’t have to walk with our luggage. Thank you so much Lorena, Carlo and Nicola!

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes' drive from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Such an amazing place right at the lake side, so peaceful & beautiful. Apartment was clean, tidy, very bright, we enjoyed big windows. Chirping of the birds early morning while having coffee on the terrace was music for our ears. We celebrated mini honeymoon here & did not regret. Only thing we regret is not staying longer. Absolutely loved the place! It’s a hidden gem right in the city. The place may seem small, but everything is very well thought out, modern, and super well-equipped. One surprise after another! And guess what? There’s a large outdoor area. It’s clear that the owner really wants visitors to enjoy the place, and he’s done an amazing job.

I have stayed in many places. Massimo's place is by far the best. He takes great care of the guests and is very kind and welcoming. His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. He is also very good at providing information and is excellent at communication. Thank you for everything we will be definitely be back again.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

Spacious apartment for two couples. Great shower, comfy bed, lovely view from our 7th floor balcony of the Castello and the Duomo. Easy parking under cover across the road. So close to the train station for our next city.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with everything you need to stay a few days. We had a good time. Access was a little difficult because it was accessed from a large one and it was not very clear what the door was to get to the apartment. We called assador and in 10 minutes a lady came to help us.

Why this property is a guest favourite – now we know too 😉 The apartment is the ideal retreat for people who want to relax, but also the starting point for many excursion destinations in the area. The apartment has a fantastic view of the lake, perfect amenities and was very clean. Marta is a great, helpful host who enriched our stay with valuable tips and was always available. We felt at home and time flew by. It is one of the places we would like to go back to at any time.

What an incredibly relaxing stay we have had! Nicola’s apartment is in the basement of a large, beautiful villa. The accommodation itself was clean and well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. Being in the basement it was lovely and cool during the warm weather. The bedroom doesn’t have a window, but that didn’t bother us at all. The apartment’s best feature for us is the extensive garden right on the lakeside, with olive trees for shade, a large gazebo for dining, and direct access into the lake. I had a swim every day, and we enjoyed several meals under the gazebo. Nicola and Sara were perfect hosts - easy check in and check out, and a useful source of local info for places to eat and drink, and things to do. Nicola was always responsive to questions we had during our stay. We had a hire car but also made use of the trains - Marone Zone station is less than 5 minutes walk away. All in all we’ve had a fantastic stay and plan to return soon.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.
