Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Castiadas

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

a beautiful unique home! Sinnai is a great home base 30 min outside the city to see lots of southern beaches. Lisa is a great host! She was always available when we needed her and made us feel very welcome. Her passion for art and the Sardinian culture is felt throughout the house. Would definitely recommend!

The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

This is an absolutely stunning airbnb situated in the lovely town of Torre Delle Stelle. Our check in was extremely easy, with Alice meeting us at a convenient time and showing us around. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout, offering (and even booking) local restaurants for us - which was lovely. The house itself is clean, well kept and air conditioned. The pool is lovely and warm, and kept clean with salt rather than chlorine. It is no more than a 3 min walk directly on to the beach, and only 10 min walk to some lovely restaurants and a bar/shop. We had a wonderful stay and I would strongly recommend if you are visiting Sardinia! Special thanks of course to Alice

All in all, a perfect holiday and a great accommodation. The amenities were great and everything you need was available. There were also practical things for the beach, such as a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling packs. The way to the nearest supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also easily walk to the city centre itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we did not have a relaxed sleep. Still highly recommended! Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We were in the accommodation with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even though the accommodation is located on a steep mountain (but the view is worth it). Nothing was missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Massimo and Marta were extremely kind and friendly. They answered any questions we had about the villa and gave us really great recommendations. The villa was so nice and well decorated with a view of the ocean. It had everything we needed. It also had a grill which we used to have a barbecue night after buying fresh seafood in Cagliari. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Definitely would stay again!

Fantastic accommodation in a great location and very nice owners!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.

We felt very comfortable, both thanks to the support of Enrico, who was very friendly and proactive in supporting us by phone, and Lorenzo, who lives on the ground floor and is very charming and helpful and can give great tips. The outstanding thing about the apartment is what you can see in the pictures: the great view of the sea and the great balcony, so that you always have shade. We also really appreciated the mosquito protection. The location was also great, both 10-15 minutes on foot to the dream beach, as well as about 15 minutes on foot to the city of Villasimius, where there are many good options for shopping or eating ice cream in the evening. We highly recommend the place!

Unbeatable stay in Sardinia! Our 3-day stay at Pierpaolo's house in southern Sardinia was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is incredibly complete, equipped with absolutely everything you could need and more. They really thought about every detail, which made our stay very comfortable and carefree. The location is fantastic: quiet, but at the same time ideally located to explore both the wonderful beaches of the south of the island and the vibrant city of Cagliari. We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds without having to travel far. But, without a doubt, what we highlight the most is Pierpaolo's hospitality and attention. He is by far the best host we've had in our already extensive experience on Airbnb. His kindness and willingness made our visit even more special. We recommend this house 100% and we sincerely hope to return very soon.

A beautiful place! Quiet, in the middle of nature, that's what we were looking for. You can really let your mind wander, but also work well and in a relaxed way. The house was super clean, milk for the coffee was already in the fridge. Andrea always responded very quickly to our questions, always very friendly and helpful! The surroundings/beaches are beautiful! And the people are extremely friendly and helpful! We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Nicola's cabin. It's quite rustic, even a little spartan, but it had everything we needed and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. Contrary to what some people were saying, we didn't find the last stretch of road a problem. It's easily navigable by any regular car, and the remote nature of the place is precisely what makes it great.

A wonderful vacation in a cottage on a hill in the middle of nature overlooking the valley and the sea, with breathtaking sunrises and starry night sky - it couldn't be more beautiful! By car, everything like the beach, supermarket, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Check-in was also super easy, the place had everything we needed and Andrea responded quickly to every message and gave us tips. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time!
