The village of Castets-et-Castillon is a 5-minute walk away and has a convenience store, a butcher shop, a pharmacy and a restaurant next to a canal known for its landscape and tranquility

Ideally located, close to the city center, all amenities and 15 minutes from the A62 motorway, Bordeaux in 50 minutes. Between land and sea, it is suitable for lovers of the terroir to enjoy the castles and vineyards , beaches at 1.5 hours and departure from the Canal at 500 m.
