A room with a single bed and a sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, dining room, living room. Lower floor home video, ping pong, foosball, gym, laundry, third bathroom. The appointment is in the city centre. Public and private parking in the immediate vicinity.

The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
