La ville de Perpignan est à 20 km (25mn ), celle de Thuir avec tous ses commerces à 10mn. Petits commerces à Fourques, 3 km du gîte : médecin, pharmacie , SPAR (supérette), Poste, DAB. Logement adapté pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants).

Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.
