Holiday rentals with a pool in Castellón de la Plana

We had an absolutely amazing weekend, and we can't be more grateful for the experience. From the first moment, the communication with Nadine was fluid, clear and very pleasant. She was attentive, kind, and willing to help us with everything we needed, which made a big difference from the start. In addition, it was very flexible with both entry and departure times, which allowed us to organize the trip without haste and enjoy our stay to the fullest. The house itself exceeded our expectations completely. Everything was clean, well organized. All in all it was an experience of ten. Both the quality of the accommodation and the warmth in the treatment from Nadine made this weekend special for everyone we went. It's one of those places you not only recommend, but the ones you want to come back to.

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

We had a great time with the family in this house perfectly suited to accommodate several people. The cleanliness was impeccable and the equipment at the top: everything is designed so that we can cook and enjoy quiet evenings at home. The location is ideal, with all shops (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) within walking distance, just like the metro located less than three minutes away. The latter serves the whole city, up to the beach, and even allows you to reach the airport in a single station. The outside is super nice, especially for families with kids. Special mention for the movie room, which made its small effect! Only small downside: the check-in time at 5 p.m., a little late. But other than that, everything was perfect. We recommend it without hesitation!

The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised. Maria Amparo was very friendly, super responsive, made us feel at home. I definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

We were hosted very well by his cousin who lives next door, despite the language barrier, he did everything to welcome us. Very good interaction with the owner who is very reactive.

Great place we loved it

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Very helpful people to deal with. Nice clean well located property and very very clean, good sized bed and comfortable, lovely garden, private not overlooked suitable for an all over tan, good local restaurants and nice walk to the beach areas, quiet and very relaxing. Only one negative, dogs I think they bark too much

Sonia was helpful and kind. The apartment was big and beautiful. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the nice air condition.

Juan is the best host you will ever meet. His Villa was stunning and provided more than enough room for the 8 of us. The Villa is in a beautiful little area that was quiet and peaceful. The train is a short walk, literally in a straight line from the front door. Any time we had challenges with transportation Juan was right there to help us which was so appreciated by us as a group. The icing on the cake was that we got to meet him on the night before we left. He is a great person and we would definitely stay at the Villa again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose's place. The location was excellent - you can walk to the City of Arts and Sciences, take a bus downtown, or enjoy the nearby parks in the evening. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to try the pool right in front of the building, but I'm sure it would have been fun.
