Excellent!! Wonderful location and easy to communicate with the host. Apartment was huge and balcony has great views!!! Tip: Walking into town, don’t go on the road but go down to the water and there is a lovely stone path right next to the harbor.

Nickel apartment, clean, well decorated, nest. arranged, you feel at home there as soon as you walk through the door! Cyril and Viktor were incredibly welcoming, attentive and very responsive. Lots of service offered in the apartment, not to mention access to all streaming platforms on TV (it was a real pleasure). A big thank you to these gentlemen for hosting us, hoping to stay there again on occasion.

Everything is as described, if not more. A lot of amenities available (plancha, ect) Super welcoming hosts and we were able to count on their kindness, superb villa and pool, top jacuzzi. Close to the beach, great scenery. I would recommend it 100%

We had a great time at Cedric and Morgane's place. The property perfectly matches the photos, the view facing the sea is very pleasant, on the other side on the night side the view is very pretty too (view of the Canigou and the pond). Very clean and pleasant accommodation. May, our host was very kind, welcoming and responsive to each of our requests. Barcares is a seaside resort, when we went there in late April early May, the season is very quiet but it allowed us to visit the area and its surroundings. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Apartment is great. Stylishly furnished, everything you need. Parking was great too. Views from the balcony are great, both to the sea and the mountains as well as to the square where you can watch the hustle and bustle for hours. High enough to have peace and quiet. You have to like the place, it's like an urban beach with French people meeting there again on any vacation. The house is greeted and it has personal flair. Excursions are unlimited. A thousand thanks to Isabelle!

Anna was the perfect host. As international visitors we appreciated her very clear and accurate instructions. Everything was set up to make our stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable. We also very much appreciated the lovely bottles of champagne and wine, which we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the the ocean and the people below. We would have no hesitation in returning to Anna's beautiful apartment, and will be recommending it to all our friends in Australia.

We had a wonderful stay in Linda's apartment.The apartment is modern, very clean, and well-equipped. It exudes a very positive energy thanks to the owner's attention to detail. We appreciated that Linda thought of everything and that we found everything we needed during our extended stay. It is located on a very quiet street, yet a short walk to all of downtown Perpignan, 15 min walk from the train station, and a short drive from the beaches. The balcony with a picturesque view of the cathedral garden was a plus that was also enjoyed by our kitty. Linda was a wonderful host; she always responded very quickly to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this place!

Andreu was super friendly and helpful throughout our whole month of staying at his beautiful house. The house is very spacious and perfect for large families. There is a door separating the stairs from the family room which is great to keep young children off the stairs. Highly recommended!

We already knew the area because we have gone a lot to hike and wine tourism. And Sant Climent was one of the villages we already knew for its commerce. A totally quiet village to disconnect, you have everything, and the apartment is suitable! Without a doubt, nothing was missing and everything muyyyy clean and comfortable. Both Montserrat, the hostess, who was very helpful and kind to us, like the apartment that was very good and within the expectations we had. We'll be back for sure! Isabelle welcomed us in a very friendly way and with great flexibility on our arrival times. Lots of good tips to optimize our short stay , the house and residence were perfect for us , we will be happy to go back!

This was a lovely stay in a charming house with impeccable interior design and yet very child friendly (we were two couples and a small child). We appreciated the thought that went into ensuring the essentials (loo roll, soaps, detergent, coffee, water etc, were all there for us. The play area for young children was wonderful and our four year old member of the party was occupied for hours. Having three bathrooms was excellent for a stress free and comfortable stay. Our stay was in November, but the house is energy efficient and we were warm without any additional heating. All instructions were clear, the restaurant, bar and bakery recommendations were very good. We could not have wanted more from Iciar, or the house.

Pierre's place was really great! We felt right at home. Pierre was also very helpful if anything came up. The pool was also amazing, always very clean. We can only recommend the place to all, this was the best place we've ever had until long.

We had a couple of days, which were very lovely. The place was spacious and peaceful plus very suitable for working remotely. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and we never had issues. The location is very nice and peaceful plus not too far from the beach. Carlos as a host was just great! every time we had some questions or we needed something he was replying super quickly and in a friendly and service-oriented way. fully recommendable!

Fantastic villa with terrace overlooking towards the Med Sea. The private pool was so welcoming and necessary. Yana’s a great host with great communication skills and explanations. Loved the villa.

We really liked it. Well located and quiet, on December 30th. Close to Barcarès Christmas Market, which was our destination. In the home, believe me, there are more things than you may need. We slept very comfortable in a very clean space. We have not heard any noise from neighbors. Estelle was in very quick contact with us. We will make the most of it, friends and us, returning there in the summer. We have now had plenty of free spots outside. Great for families!! Thank you Estelle for everything!!

The residence is quiet and pretty. The apartment is bright. entrance to the residence is through a gate closed by a keypad, the pool is secured. Comfort for us parents, children can play safely. Johnathan was very attentive and responsive in the answers to our questions. I would recommend it

The apartment was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there were even games and toys for the children to use. The owner was available for every question we had, including recommendations for trails in the area. We had a very good experience, and we recommend the apartment.

This apartment has it all. Ideally located in the old town, close to nice restaurants and shops, this airbnb is both quiet, spacious, very well decorated, comfortable and with an adorable small terrace. Everything is new and the kitchen and apartment in general are very well equipped. Communication is very easy and the owners even took the trouble to make a very useful tour guide on Collioure and the area. This is undoubtedly one of the nicest airbnb we've booked so far.
