Il Barchio: loft in a late 18th century building in Jesi

Elegant and bright loft, located on the ground floor of a noble building of the late 1700s, in the historic center. Immersed in the typical countryside of the area where the hills, carpeted with fields of wheat, sunflowers and vineyards, envelop the eye without parsimony. You can experience authentic contact with nature, whose scents and sounds will accompany you at any time of day. The farmhouse is surrounded by various types of trees: mulberry trees, rose gardens, fruit trees and the historic passion for flowers of all kinds.

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Our house, renovated using original materials, is a mix of old and new that transmits warmth, desire for relaxation. The call of the surrounding nature is strong, especially in the veranda, where, the large windows look towards a beautiful view, which on clear days discovers the sea. During the summer, the exclusive swimming pool, infinity, also towards this beautiful landscape becomes the protagonist.

Gino's house is located in the heart of ancient Gubbio (in Z.T.L. I suggest the Roman Theater Parking or the Ex Seminary parking.) a stone's throw from the Palazzo dei Consoli, Duomo, Palazzo Ducale, hanging gardens, in the historic center, which will allow you to experience the magical atmosphere of the famous stone city. The apartment has been recently renovated with great attention to detail.

From a humble farmhouse to a prestigious country house destined for unforgettable stays, Casa Pilar arises from the remains of a typical farmhouse of the Marche countryside that had been abandoned and reduced to decay. The name itself, "Pilar", was inspired by the female character of the famous novel by Hemingway, "For Whom the Bell Tolls".
