Panoramic studio apartment in the heart of Chiaia, within the private grounds of Villa Wenner. Ideal for a couple or a family of up to 4 people, Casa Wenner 1 combines what is rarely found together in Naples: a central location, silence, greenery and a view of the Gulf Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find Piazza del Plebiscito, the waterfront, Via Chiaia, Via Toledo, the San Carlo Theatre and the port. The metro, funicular and Chiaia lift make it easy to get to the historic centre, Vomero, the islands and archaeological sites.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Sea View Suite with Private Hot Tub & Terrace

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.
