It was like being at home: apartment equipped with everything you need, very clean, strategic location to visit the city center and surroundings and allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view. Recommended

Staying here was wonderful and is exactly how it's shown in the pictures. The place was very clean and we enjoyed the space. The town was nice to walk around at night and was very quiet and we got great sleep. You can really see the time and effort the host put into the place.

Good starting point for bike tours

La Terrazza sul mare is ideally located for a relaxing seaside vacation, culture, and sporting activity. The Trabocchi cycle path is practically below the house as well as the beautiful sandy beach. The house is beautiful, with a very well-kept garden full of evocative corners thanks to the dedication of Mimmo and Francesca, kind and friendly hosts who are always ready to recommend itineraries, suggest locals and tell the history of the places. Our stay was lovely! How often do you stay in a medieval fortification/castle on top of a mountain? Cozy rooms, everything you need with breathtaking views! Our hosts were very attentive to our needs and helpful with getting us oriented and settled in. My wife and I highly recommend this property.

The apartment is located in a quiet village, on the lake, about 40 minutes from the slopes of Montepratello. It was very easy to find it thanks to the directions provided by Anna (even with photos). Free parking is available near the house. The house was cozy, warm (we stayed in winter), clean and knows everything you need for your stay. There were also cards for restaurants in the area (very useful as we had dinner in the village). We'd love to come back to this house.

We had a very nice quiet stay. Perfect location for exploring Maiella National Park and surrounding area.

Elisa is a wonderful person, very helpful and responsive in communications. Her accommodation fully reflects her attention to every detail, in fact everything you need is there. Easy to park with the directions given by Elisa. Everything is as described. The apartment is located halfway between the station and the centre, both of which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The locals are very friendly. From the accommodation, you can also easily reach the Abbey of Montecassino with its museum, the Varroniane baths, the church of Sant 'Antonio, the military cemetery, the Rocca Janula, the Monastery of Santa Scolastica, the Roman amphitheatre and much more. Fully satisfied with my stay.

Nicola’s apartment is very comfortable convenient for Guardiagrele and is very modest and well appointed. We really appreciated the free breakfast at a near by cafe in the middle of Guardiagrele and the information Nicola provided 😊

We stayed with two people for one week in this apartment. The apartment is practical and simply furnished but very clean. From this apartment many day trips made in this beautiful nature reserve. There are also delicious restaurants, bakery, butcher and mini supermarket within walking distance. Good wifi available and the host was very friendly and helpful. For 4 people I find the apartment on the small side but for two people it is fine. Definitely recommended to visit all the surrounding villages.

I stay at Arturo's place frequently. There is such a warm welcome and the location is perfect for Cassino town centre, shopping and railway station. The terrace is a large enjoyable space. Beds are very comfortable. Its secure and safe. Arturo is a great host; comunication with him is easy and response times are excellent.

I was very pleased with my week's stay in this house. It was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful oasis not far from the beautiful Trabocchi coast. In addition to the house, garden and area, the pleasant surprise was also Nico's welcome, his kindness and the care he personally reserves for the guest with his breakfasts, real morning pampering. We absolutely fell in love with Casa dell Bellazza! It truly touched our hearts and we will treasure the time we spent here listening to the birds, drinking wine and enjoying the evening. Monica is a fabulous host!!! She is so warm, kind and pays attention to details. We hope to return soon!

Very nice, super attentive and everything was perfect

We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Luciano’s beautiful apartment. It is even better than shown in the photos and the view from the outside terrace and main living area is stunning. It is very central to Sulmona which has many fabulous restaurants and bars but also very quiet and peaceful and the whole apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in which we did a few times using the fresh local produce from the market. Luciano met us on arrival to show us round the apartment and have some great restaurant recommendations. We were in Sulmona for hiking and there are many excellent choices in the Sulmona area. It was our first visit to this area but we would love to return and would definitely stay at Luciano’s place.

Really wonderful experience. The house is cozy, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Lella is an exceptional host, always available and attentive to the needs of guests. She gave us excellent directions for check-in and was very caring. The location is ideal for exploring Pescasseroli and its surroundings. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place and the opportunity to take pleasant walks. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

A gem! In the center of Civitella Alfedena, from which there are several trails to discover the park. Very clean house with everything you need, beautiful garden with barbecue. Lucia and her husband are very kind! We look forward to coming back!

We are a family with 2 year old twins and everyone (including children) we loved our stay in Enrica's apartment. The house is very clean, the area is really quiet and access to the parking lot directly with the elevator has made it easier to get around, especially in case of rain. Enrica and Mrs. Maria Vittoria were really kind, helpful and ready to provide us with support when we needed it. We absolutely recommend Enrica's apartment!!!!

We spent five nights in this apartment and had a great time. It was clean, well organized and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the location: very central, but with the possibility of finding parking easily, which is rare in the city! We really appreciated the attention to detail: there was toilet paper, shampoo, salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, sugar, as well as a wide choice of dishes, glasses, plates and pans. Everything was designed to make us feel at home. +++ for the first aid kit! We highly recommend this apartment!
